"Overall, my stay at the Kempinski was exceptional. The service, ambiance, and attention to detail truly stood out. The only minor drawback was the pillows, which could have been more comfortable. However, the hotel did offer alternative pillows upon request, so it wasn’t a major issue. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding quality and experience."

"Lo bueno del hotel cierras areas de comida como el restaurante italiano , cerca de la alberca están sirviendo quesadillas y tacos de diferentes guisados muy ricos En cuanto el hotel para el precio que tienen por noche es demasiado para las instalaciónes, cuartos del hotel definitivamente necesitan renovar la mayor parte de las instalaciones solo te cobran por la ubicación del hotel Pero lo demás no lo recomiendo el personal muy atento pero si buscas comodidad y áreas de alberca es demasiada...
