"We stayed here because it was such a short distance to the Mortgage Matchup Arena! I would NOT stay again! The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in! Mattress was so lumpy it felt disgusting to sleep on and pillows were really worn out and lumpy as well. The walking distance was nice but I will stay at the other hotel right across the street next time! VERY disappointed! For such a nice hotel and rooms need a major update and new mattresses bedding need to be top priority!"
"Horrible customer service !!! Changed the price of my stay!!! Wouldn't change rate even after the mistake happened and pointed out at 29 min check in!!!!!! AWFUL VERY DISAPPOINTED IN WHOLE STAY...BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS WITH RATES!!!!!!! SHAME ON RESERVATION!!!"
"Even though I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and available when check in was at three, other than it was a nice place. I love how artistic and creative the room was from the way you can move the main light fixture that’s over the bed. The shower was is huge and the sitting area was cozy. And for being in Phoenix that AC came in clutch especially at night time. All in all I would go back and stay there again!"
"Pretty much the best part of our room was that the door locked and we had hot water. The ice machine didn’t work because it was outside, we had a nice brown stain on our window curtain, another yellowish stain on one of the pillowcases, the tile between the carpet and the sink was cracked and could’ve easily cut one of our feet, the chair in the corner was very dirty, a lot of the items in the bathroom were not secured to the wall. The shower head and bathtub nozzle were extremely loose, the towel holder was loose, and another bar in the bathroom was loose although I wasn’t sure what that one would be used for. The breakfast bar had grapefruits as well. Normally I’d have one but one of them was moldy on our first day so I decided to just not have any the rest of the time we were there. I did take pictures and videos of everything except for the fruit.
However, I will say that the woman who helped check us in was very pleasant. She had red hair and tattoos."
"We were checked in an hour late. Water park was off on hours which made our plans different.
Closing was at 10 by 9 it was closed.
Open oasis was at 6am and didn’t open til 9am
I don’t know how you can update and actually lets us enjoy time.
The fact we got checked in an hour late but had to check out on time was the bad part."
"Very smooth check in and helpful front desk .Very clean room and comfortable beds. Ok basic breakfast. Great location to stay on a way to airport yet the area was not the most appealing but worked well for one night."
