Getting courtesy bus seemed an issue as no one available to answer call at 7pm at night...so got taxi..hotel was very good.

We arrived to join a group already here. The property was dated. The lobby has a sunken fireplace lounge. We received a ground level handicap room. The shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom, making the whole room slippery and needing an extra towel to keep the room safe to use. Light came in around the door frame at night. Breakfast was not included, although it advised as such when booking. While swimming a storm arrived and our group went under some shelter, but a gentleman joined our group. He made many of us feel uncomfortable. A member of our group went to the front desk and security helped with this. Staff was very kind and helpful throughout the visit.

Everything was wonderful! Transportation from airport and around Tempe was super convenient! Drivers were helpful, informative and kind. Front desk was very kind and greeted us warmly. Even gave my kids extra cookies which were delicious! We loved the pool and the quaint and quiet surrounding with the trees. Made us feel we weren’t in a busy city! Would definitely come back again!

I recently stayed at a Doubletree hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The hotel appeared completely dusty and unkempt, indicating a lack of proper maintenance and cleanliness standards. It was evident that the hotel was in dire need of updates, as the facilities felt outdated and neglected. One major issue was the absence of proper ventilation in the bathrooms, leading to mildew growth on the walls—a clear sign of poor hygiene and neglect. Additionally, the pillows provided were of poor quality, resulting in severe neck pain for me and likely discomfort for other guests. Furthermore, it was evident that the ventilators had not been changed, as I experienced allergy-like reactions throughout my entire stay. It felt as though the hotel had been purchased by Doubletree but never underwent any renovations or updates. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I will not be staying at this Doubletree hotel again.

I liked the property. I did not like that the person checking us in didn’t advise us to drive around to the back side of the property. He said it was just outside around the corner. It was a long walk around the entire hotel to get to our room with all of our luggage.

The hotel was old, and tired! The toilet continued to run the entire night! The vent in the bathroom was not screwed into the wall and the ceiling in the shower had been repaired from mildew. There were kids running up and down the stairs and being very loud on Saturday night. That is the first and last time staying at that hotel.
