"Even though I had to wait for my room to be cleaned and available when check in was at three, other than it was a nice place. I love how artistic and creative the room was from the way you can move the main light fixture that’s over the bed. The shower was is huge and the sitting area was cozy. And for being in Phoenix that AC came in clutch especially at night time. All in all I would go back and stay there again!"

"The room was immaculate and the staff super helpful. The main pool wasn’t very clean. There was trash in the pool, like napkins and straws. The west pool was a million times better, just wish we had discovered it first! The restaurant we ate at was good, albeit service was a little slow. Overall, it was great for a one night stay!"

"Front desk workers were friendly and welcoming. We had a one bedroom suite. The restaurant (Blue Hound) was good. The pool was nice but the area where the loungers are is far too small. One morning I got out there and all of the chairs were “reserved” but no one came foe quite some time. For a pool with a capacity of 121, under 20 loungers is inadequate. The lounge chairs are very nice and are new. They have nice thick cushions. And the moveable attached tray was a great feature. Every lounger chair should have these. Service was great. Towels were plentiful. Water and sun screen and after sun lotion were all free — a nice touch. Would prefer to have less loud music at the pool. The room was good — plenty of drawers and a nice sized closet. The bathroom was perfect. My only complaint is we would prefer to have an empty fridge for our use. Cleaning was good. One day they cleaned very late after we had been gone for 4 hours but that was not the end of the world. Will probably return. The location is ideal for baseball fans as it’s a 10 minute walk to Chase Field."

"We were checked in an hour late. Water park was off on hours which made our plans different. Closing was at 10 by 9 it was closed. Open oasis was at 6am and didn’t open til 9am I don’t know how you can update and actually lets us enjoy time. The fact we got checked in an hour late but had to check out on time was the bad part."

"We have stayed in this property before, it’s always great, especially if you’re attending an event downtown. This time their computer system was down nationwide, so we were unable to check in, which caused us to miss one event and almost be late to another. But I must say the staff did the very, very best they could to accommodate us and get us in a room as quickly as possible. Also provided an incentive for our inconvenience. Great customer service and we will definitely stay there again!!"
