"We enjoyed our stay over all but a few things to note that might help future travelers. There is loud techno-esque music (themed each night) played until 11ish and louder visitors that party on past that. Totally fine if that’s what you’re into! We wished we would’ve known and stayed on the secrets side and used the breathless pools. We slept like garbage so definitely bring ear plugs, or if you’re the party type, this will be your jam! "This property is definitely geared toward family. Very clean. The food was good…..especially the burgers!!! Seasoned to perfection!!! The staff was friendly and they took good care of my family and friends. The preferred club didn’t seem too exclusive because people were not checked to see if they belonged in preferred club. One of the watersides was closed and the zip line was not for people over 187lbs. Overall I would bring my family back."

Only issue entering the hotel is there is no ramp for wheelchairs which made it difficult as my daughter had to lift the wheelchair up quite a large step so we could enter the hotel. "Everyone was really nice and the staff learned your name the day. They were always welcoming and called you by your name. The rooms were really clean and the housekeeping service was always on top of it. My steamer didn’t work and within 15 mins they brought me an iron."
