Beautiful property, and a nice location. Our balcony overlooking the street was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

I like this property because of the history. It is simple and basic. It is very unique. Stefano, the owner is very helpful. Jenny who care for us every morning is super nice too. We walked everywhere ... to Mass, to eat, to shop, to sight see.

Jenny was a fantastic host! This is the second time I have stayed here! The place has a perfect location and is spotless. Their restaurant is exceptional!

The staff was very helpful. The room looked right out onto the cobblestone, narrow street. We were invited to enjoy a room at the top of the building to look out over the city. The bathroom was a bit unexpected, as the shower was not separated from the rest of the room, resulting in a very wet room after using the shower.

Such a lovely buidling
Excellent host, great spot, lovely breakfast, complimentary tea in the afternoon. Historic building, though not a fan of the shower. We enjoyed our 3 nights and would return.

hotel Pallotta Assisi is a nice hotel and is close to all the historical sites.My room was big and bed comfortable Stefano the proprietor was very welcoming,kind went out of his way to make my stay comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and I particularly enjoyed having afternoon tea and cake. The lady who does the cleaning is nicest I have ever met and very friendly. I had planned to have lunch at their nearby trattoria which I heard is amazing,unfortunately I had to leave a bit earlier. I will definitely stay at Hotel Pallotta Assisi again

We loved this place! It was clean, quiet, comfortable, near the Piazza del Comune and many shops and restaurants. We're planning to come back to Assisi, and we definitely want to stay here again!

Hotel Pallotta is in the heart of historic AssisI, within walking distance of everything you want to visit. Clean basic rooms, helpful service, good value for the price. Steep stairs; be sure you are ready to climb up and down.

Lovely hotel in Assisi
This hotel is not fancy or modern but cozy and adorable just like Assisi. Very center of town and walkable to bus station and tourist spots. There is no lift but it’s small sized hotel, not a big problem to me.

I loved this B&B. I only stayed 1 night but actually tried to delay my plans so I could stay another. It is right in the heart of town with a charming vibe and very nice people. The upstairs balcony is nice and the room was very clean. I loved Assisi as a whole and would return to [XX]. Great price for a comfortable, welcoming stay.

Incredible hotel
Choose this hotel! The location is in the center of town and the owner is beyond helpful. He helped us with train schedules and bus schedules and let us borrow a city guidebook. He had umbrellas to borrow and afternoon tea. Breakfast was delicious. He makes a masterful cappuccino and his family restaurant nearby is excellent. Filled with locals

Best Place to Stay in Assisi!
My stay in Assisi was phenomenal in most part due to the amazing hospitality offered by Stefano, the host of Hotel Pallotta. From picking me up from the train station, to giving bus tickets, cold bottled water and umbrellas when needed, this hotel made you feel cared for from beginning to end. Not only was it clean, but it offered amazing views, fresh baked cakes and tarts daily, great breakfasts and a friendly support staff. This is my second stay at Hotel Pallotta, and I honestly wouldn't consider staying anywhere else when I return again!

Friendly, clean, very helpful, great location. It had the feel of a B&B. Owners allowed us to check in late in the evening. They also have a restaurant nearby with great food at reasonable price. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel
Staying here was almost like staying in a private home because the staff made us feel so welcome. The room was basic but very comfortable. The breakfast was good. We stored our luggage in the office while we went out and saw the city. Because it was cold and rainy, we were invited to come back to the hotel in the afternoon for a cup of tea and a pastry to warm up. They even helped carry our bags to the car. I highly recommend the hotel for the location and the wonderful staff.

This hotel is in the centre of Historic Assisi.
Lovely ,accommodation hosts,comfortable beds, and right in the centre of town, this beautiful and rustic B and B is a must when in Assisi.You are surrounded by restaurants and cafes and beautiful scenery.

Perfect Location in Heart of Assisi
A lovely, family owned, very European hotel. Rooms were small but very comfortable. Sister restaurant was very, very good. Perfect location just off main square so convenient to walk everywhere in Assisi. Very quiet, lovely morning buffet. Would stay again & highly recommend.

We loved this small hotel in the center of Assisi
We loved this small hotel which had only six rooms. It is a family run business. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The included continental breakfast was very good and the kitchen area was available in the evening for coffee, tea and snacks. Located on a narrow street above the town square, it was easy to take in the sights. My wife would go back in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay Assisi
Recently stayed here with my wife and another couple. GREAT location and the staff was fantastic. They do have parking available if you call ahead - we weren't aware of that, but we did find parking in a lot that was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms were great - nice hot shower and the view was amazing. Breakfast was also a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing view, the staff went above and beyond!!!
This is a true gem of a find. Stephon even came to pick us up at the train station at 11:30PM. Who does that anymore. The breakfast had a lot of options and snacks during the day. The room has a view to die for. No AC, but it was cool enough for us that we slept with the windows open, 40 feet up from the street. This is one of the best we have stayed in in Europe with a family feel.

Amazing host, middle of city, minutes everything
We can't say how amazing our host was. He helped us park our car and carry our bags from car to room. A genuinely nice person. Small and intimate for those of us who avoid crowds. Would rate this as the best of 6 places we stayed during two weeks in Italy. Assisi is very special and I would highly recommend it over many others. Thank you for friendliness and kindness.
