“Just what we were looking for!”

We were exhausted from a long day of traveling and visiting with family and were ready for a good night's sleep and that's just what we got! Check-in was easy and our room was very spacious and clean. Even though we were right by the elevators, we were not disturbed at all. Great hotel!

“Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient”

Hotel staff greated us with professional and friendly service as soon as we arrived. We were checked in and in our room within minutes. The room was more than expected. It was clean and very relaxing. The staff was helpful with directions to local attractions during our stay and checkout was a breeze. Hotel is located just one exit from many restaurants. Will definately stay here the next time we come into town

“Very convenient”

For several years I have stayed at the Westchase Hilton for my activities in Houston. I found this hotel last year and it is within 3 miles of my leisure activities rather than the 17 miles to the other hotel. I save both gas and toll charges to say nothing of the time it took to get there and back. As this was my second stay at this property so I was already familiar with the hotel and its amenities. I will continue to stay at this hotel when my activities take me to Houston.

“Sweet Dreams”

The staff was very professional. Everything was clean and spacious. However, we were not informed that our reservation was a handicapped room and the abnormal shower situation was a problem. There is major construction on the roads right now, but inside was a dream.Overall, a wonderful stay.

“No complaints at all”

My family and I stayed four nights at the hotel and had no problems whatsoever. Having a suite was excellent for four adults (two couples). The pullout couch was a spring mattress and actually comfortable- the bedding was comfortable, flatscreens were an added bonus. We requested some more bedding late on our first night to make up the sleeper and within a minute a staff person brought us sheets, and bedding and abundance of pillows and offered to assist in making the bed up. In the morning the gym was great with weights and machines and space to spread out along with a water machine. The pool was refreshing and the hottub relaxing. We never ate food at the hotel restrauant but if you stay here you have to go across the street to the donut/kolache bakery- we ate there every day as it was amazing- i wish i had a kolache bakery at home- worth a trip even if you aren't staying at the hotel. Definitly would stay here again if i had to be in houston- easy access to downtown and reliant stadium- yet far away enough to be really quiet.

“Houston Tournament”

Great hotel, surroundings were nice except all the construction. Beautiful view of a pond behind the hotel. Nice pool and gym area with bathrooms located right there instead of having to go back up to your room. Nice rooms and furnishings. I would stay there again if in the area.

THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE WAS THEY DIDN'T HAVE FREE BREAKFASTS.
