"This is a largely clean and well-kept hotel in Old Pasadena. Its close to many restaurants and other attractions. The room we got was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking lot is OK - the stair well was not well maintained. There's also a daily $40 fee to park your car in the parking structure. Given how much the rooms already cost, I feel is too much. "This is a nice place to stay. It is not fancy. It is not a Hilton level property. But it is quiet, friendly and safe. Parking is free and nearby. Rooms are quiet. Housekeeping is tremendous--the only place I have been that has pre-pandemic level housekeeping services."

"The Patrician Hollywood exceeded our expectations. We chose it for a short stay to get to know downtown LA and Pasadena arts, culture and food. TJ is an engaging host, with a wealth of local knowledge and the sophistication of a world traveler. The house is a perfect example of 1920s LA style (it could be a movie set), decorated with an eye for the exotic and comfortable. The views of the LA basin from the garden are expansive. The local streets are quiet (and excellent for a morning run)."

"I've booked at this location many times. The last 2 times were a little disappointing. Front Desk and customer service is not as professional as it used to be. Made a call before my stay to confirm my reservation - and was transferred to corporate (without my permission) simply because I requested that enough towels be present in the room upon my arrival with my family. Then, upon arriving after a long road trip mind you, our room had a foul odor. It smelled like a moldy old mop. The room...

"Loved this place. Food was great, staff was awesome and I loved the accommodations for the pets. You would never know there’s animals that how well kept the place is. The only complaint I have is forcing the valet parking on all your guests."
