Our aim is to make everybody feel at home.You did not actually relate what really happened with your negative comment.Your check-in was being proceeded when you got to the hotel. You provided us your both passports , signed the registration card and signed the data policy documents etc.You were given the -20% discount voucher for the minibar products and was informed that due to the occupancy of that day, you could not be upgraded. That information was communicated via the Expedia extranet.From this moment, with the refusal of the upgrade, you began to be very rude with the receptionist, treating him as a liar and had a bad behaviour. Although he welcomed you very well with your daughter.At no time there wasn't any verbal attack on you and your daughter. The receptionist was only asking for respect.You wished to speak to a manager but as it was Sunday, there was no manager present at the time. You were invited to contact our manager the following day for your complaint.From that moment you tried to contact Expedia by phone, but as they took much time before answering, you were again very upset and your daughter running everywhere and making noise in the hotel(The receptionist did not react to that).You decided to leave the hotel after havving talked to Expedia over the phone. You didn't want to stay in our hotel, you were informed that it was a non-refundable reservation and that there would be no refund from us.
