The room was not perfect, but ok. The service was amazing, but the location is terrible. We couldn’t sleep well because of the noise in the street. The evening we got there, were too many people screaming and beating each other. We got little bit scared but at the end it was ok.

It was great because it was clean and the staff was wonderful. We were close to a metro. The area wasn’t the best, but one block down got you to nicer restaurants.

A good, convenient, clean overnight stop.
Having stayed at a few budget hotels in this area when arriving late at or leaving early from Gare du Nord (never in the same one twice!), this is the best I've found and will be my go to option in future. Well placed within 10-15 mins walk of Gare du Nord and 5 minutes of Gare de l'Est stations and the Metro line 4 at Chateau d'Eau. The area was quiet overnight and walking to the hotel after 22.30 from the Metro felt safe. The front desk offered a friendly welcome. There was a small lift so getting to the upper floors was easy. The room, while small, had everything needed for a simple overnight stay including, most importantly, a comfortable bed. The en-suite was clean and had a good size shower. There was storage space, a TV, a desk and chair, and good WiFi. All this offered at a very reasonable price and with the option of a breakfast in the morning (which I wasn't able to stay and enjoy so cannot judge).

Staff and service was great. Hotel was in easy walking distance from the train station. Lots of cafes restaurants and bars nearby. Expect a little noise at night as the area has a good amount of people on the streets. Was very easy to get to public transportation.

Excellent option close to a metro station and to the big train stations, you can easily move around the city. During the day the area is a bit busy because of the business around, but nobody bother you. For the price I think is an excellent option. An extra is that they have 24hrs front desk staff that is super friendly and helpful.

Good location for train arrivals to Gare du Nord or Gare de l'Est. Small rooms, area can be a bit noisy at night. Good beds. Overall, recommended.

The hotel was great value for money and the staff were great. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back and indeed did on a few occasions. The only negative is the area outside particularly as you head towards chateau d'eau metro does not appear safe. We used gare d'lest despite being a little further away.

The location is not ideal. There are a lot of workers on the streets targeting tourists to bring them to either local shops or restaurants. The hotel didn't have extra pillows, or towels. I needed an extra pillow to accommodate my mother who's on a wheelchair and they had to look for an extra pillow who knows where. It took over one hour for them to find one. The staff were excellent, their customer service was incredible and that is pretty much my only good observation about the location. The price was somehow economic as well.

This was perfect for my needs as I was traveling by myself and needed a clean room with a good bed for one night near a subway station. Bathroom and shower looked relatively new and met my expectations as well Having a second person with me would not have been ideal since the room was small.

The reception looks poor, but receptionist reasonably pleasant. Rooms are ok. basic furniture, seen better times, but our bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast absolutely not worth booking. We stayed just for one night connecting to Eurostar. That's enough. However for the price booked, the services provided ware below average.

A great hotel. I arrived really tired from travelling and was met by the most friendly and helpful receptionist (blond lady, did not get her name). The receptionist was so helpful, I could not remember my card pin so she did several tap and pay transactions and was very patient and just very warm and welcoming, truly exceptional customer service. The room was large and very clean, although there is no air con, the fan kept the room cool, despite the 38c Paris heat. The included breakfast is basic but perfectly ok. I was a little apprehensive about staying here after reading other reviews about gangs of youths hanging around the area but they all seemed pretty harmless. Hotel is only short walk to the metro and also only a 10 minute walk to Gare Du Nord, so it is really well placed to get about Paris very easily. I would stay here again.

It was in a great location. Half hour walk to Louvre in one direction and half hour walk to sacre four in the other direction. One block off the best street where locals hang out with amazing food at a reasonable price. It is noisy at night. We kept our windows closed and fans on. It was not to bad. Id stay there again. The neighborhood was not safe, sirens all night. Hotel room had mold, thin walls, very uncomfortable! Was kept up all night due to the couple in the room next door, very unsettling especially when traveling with your family! Will NEVER stay here again!!!!

Very convenient to our early morning Eurostar train to London. It’s on a busy road, so there is street noise to be expected. Great restaurants in this lively area of Paris. The staff were excellent and very helpful with finding our lost necklace!

I’ve booked this hotel as last minute for my short stay in Paris, the man receptionist has been really kind and welcoming! Night was super quiet and I have slept like a baby. My room was perfectly clean and cosy. Everything reach my expectations between worth of money, hotel stars and position (gare du Nord train station just round the corner). Highly recommended if you are planning a short stay. Breakfast waitresses very welcoming, attentive and friendly. Good food option! In my opinion, they can improve just the design inside of the hotel (dark color do not help with small spaces). I’ll will definitely stay again anyway :-)
