This is our second time staying at this hotel and again it was perfect. The location was perfect as everything we like is within 15 mins walking distance. The staff here are kind, polite and welcoming! The room was cosy and warm, had everything we needed for our stay. I will book here again in the future as it’s perfect for our stays! There are some fabulous restaurants and bars around, explore the 10th & 11th arr, better smaller local amenities rather than tourist traps. Merci!❤️❤️

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station which makes moving around Paris easy. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating. Area for improvement: bathroom should have a space for toiletries. But overall our experience was delightful.

I have mixed feelings about Hotel Beausejour. We stayed 4 nights. The room was very small but that was expected. It seemed clean but had a foul odor and there was visible mold in multiple areas. We purchased some air fresheners and that made it tolerable. By the end of our stay we were really starting to enjoy the property. However, we left on a negative note. The day before our departure we requested at the front desk to schedule a taxi to get us to the train station next morning. We were assured it would be handled. The staff did not fulfill our request and we missed our train! I would not stay at this hotel again.

The place was recently renovated, so the room looks neat. The shower area is extremely tight, and I’m not certain a tall/large person would fit comfortably there. As other reviewers said, WiFi reception could be improved as I barely got reception on my room.

Nice area. Good for a couple.
We enjoyed it very much. Good for couples. Very nice area. Only thing that could have been better was the aircon, but apart from that we had a lovely stay.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. It unfortunately does not make up for the average room, and quite awful bed. Saggy and the mattress does not breathe. The room is quite small but nothing unusual for Paris. The shower what is the most attractive feature in the room

I highly discourage people to go here. First, the place is is not great conditions and room are not clean. What is unacceptable is the personnel. Both the girl and the guy at reception insulted me for no reasons. The girl was extremely rude when I asked to work from my laptop in the bar (when the bar was obviously all empty). As I then worked at the bar I observed how badly she treated other costumers commenting on their back when they left. The guy instead, as I was locked in the bathroom (as locker broke) insulted me, kicked my luggage and called me an uneducated individual. I never do bad reviews but the service in this hotel is unacceptable. I hope Expedia penalizes this type of accommodations. To note: I also notified Expedia directly due to insults and harassment received. I hope this review will help other to make the right decision and not book this place.

The lication is close to the metro. Easy to get around. The room itself is Paris small. Paid 40 euro to check in early. The bed is tiny and horrible. Marginally bigger than an airline seat lying flat. We did have a cleaner enter our room while asleep when we had a do not disturb sign up. She was very apologetic. The second latch to lock the door didn't lock so i had my suitcase up against the door and it gave us a fright when she did try and enter. The condition of the property is nice but i don't think I would stay here again.

This hotel is a boutique style hotel. Smaller rooms but so clean. The staff Emmanuel and Madeline were amazing and so kind, caring and professional. We look forward to our next stay in this cosy, reasonably priced hotel.

Great value hotel with very charming hotel manager (and I presume, owner) who provides a superb value and varied breakfast: more for your 14 euro than in nearby cafes. Comfortable spacious room with meticulous daily cleaning to the highest standard. Fridge was useful; coffee machine provided. Modern shower and modern furniture; attractive artwork. Windows open for fresh air and heating was excellent. The area was a revelation; after 120 visits to Paris there is always an area to discover: the Square Maurice Gardette is very beautiful and there are so many places to eat and drink. Very close to 2 or 3 metro stations and the 46 bus connects well for many routes. Supermarkets very near. Great location and much less than half the price of some other hotels nearby.

Hotel in good location
Hotel in great location and good service from staff. Stayed in a twin room but was slightly disappointed as our room smelt of damp and the beds were very small for a single. There is also not much privacy between the bathroom and the bedroom as there is a gap between the door. The walls are quite thin so you can hear everything from other rooms.

Almost like a Japanes room
An excellent small hotel! staff is pleasant, hotel has been re-decorated and is like-new. Rooms are small and our room was for only one person: one chair, one single paper cup. There was no telephone number index and finally no closet. Hanged clothes were directly exposed to view, shower steam and dust. No place to store empty lugage!

Madison at the front desk made my stay absolutely amazing! She was so kind and accommodating the whole time. I was traveling alone and missed a flight, she immediately got me back into my room and was such a warm comforting welcome to come back to! The room was a bit cold and the heat didn’t really work, it was also a bit small (but that’s Paris) but otherwise, it was quite a lovely hotel, in a great location with the most comfortable bed!

The location for this hotel was fairly central - easy for use of the metro with many different stations in close proximity. However, the rooms were very very small. The mattress was uncomfortable. However, the room was cleaned every day and was in good condition so for a city break it’s all you really need. But it would have been nice to have a bit more room, it did feel a little claustrophobic at times.

This was a really mediocre hotel to stay in. One member of staff was really lovely and chatty, the other two we encountered behaved like we were an inconvenience to them ?! The plumbing stank at certain points throughout the day ( if we dropped bags off in the daytime it was noticeable ), and the road was just beyond noisy. So much so that we had to sleep with the window shut. The bathroom door was frosted glass, and didn't have a latch on it, so be prepared to be *very* intimate with whoever you are staying there with ! It was OK, but won't stay again.

Clean & basic room in lively area
Room was small but clean and comfortable, large bathroom but could have done with a few more amenities like hand towel and tissues. Close to public transport and in a lively area. Room was on 4th floor but could still hear traffic noises (and pigeons) even though all windows and doors were closed. Friendly and efficient staff.

Nice stay
Was a nice little hotel - good location as close to lots of metro stations The staff were very nice and welcoming The room was a good size with the perk of a fridge in the room which was good Comfy bed and nice bedding Nice bathroom and shower facilities Downsides - the air conditioning was either broken or just blows out hot air on the cold setting. Hotel is on the main road so to get air into the room it was a bit noisy and it let the mosquitoes in on our last night annoyingly Overall - good value for money compared to some of the other hotels in Paris - would stay there again as long as the air conditioning worked

About the air condition it works but as we are on October people wanted heating so we change it to heating (reversible air condition) as it was a little bit cold at night and early in the morning. Do not book there!!! I booked via expedia and paid by card , the hotel wouldn't let me check in bcz i don't have a credit card for insurance. I had alot of cash and wouldn't accept cash..for crist sake this is the most terrible experience..and expedia did not refund althought i did everything as per rules and restrictions!

La persona que nos recibió fue atenta y nos Dios indicaciones cómo llegar a destinos turísticos. Chambre très très petite mais le plus gros problème c’est les odeurs qui s’échappent des sanitaires. C’est très fort . Obligé de demander de mettre des produits pour pouvoir dormir . Un peu déçu de même pas avoir reçu un geste co sachant que j’ai payé un supplément de 40€ pour pouvoir récupérer la chambre plus tôt .
