The staff were helpful and friendly. However, the lift was not working when I checked in so a staff had to help me lug my heavy suitcase up to the 4th floor, and then I had to carry it down when I checked out. I have arthritis.

Great value for the location. Basic, clean hotel room with everything you need in a bustling area. Note if you are staying during the summer there is no AC but they put standalone fans in the room.

Excellent, central location, near the large department stores, with good transport links. It's great for walking to lots of parts of the city centre. The staff members we spoke to were efficient and friendly. Our room had comfortable beds and a clean bathroom, but was extremely hot, as it was on the top floor and had no air conditioning. There were fans, which were effective to some extent, but really it felt like we had no respite from the Paris heat. I would not stay here again in the summer, but would definitely consider it in the winter. I also think it's time for the hotel to upgrade its awful, ineffective, old hairdryers - it was pretty annoying to be unable to dry or style my hair. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

overpriced for a very average experience-
The room a/c was not possible to control. The room was cramped. And they charged e5 for storing luggage. The photos online were a lot nicer than the room I stayed in. The staff were good but the hotel was overpriced for what it is- I thought I was paying more that I normally would for a better experience . I’d choose a chain /ibis etc over this next time , or choose better for an independent hotel

Can't beat the location. Cozy place. Extra small though, but that's the standard for downtown Paris (you will not get bigger). Breakfast decent, does the job. Very friendly staff and again can't beat the location. You can do the whole France country (even in Europe) by affordable metro and trains.

I stay at the Hotel Antin Trinite because of its location, close to shopping and restaurants and transport links from the airport. having stayed many times, there is always a warm welcome from reception staff.

The room was ok, the bathroom did smell damp. But overall it was clean. The bedroom itself wasn't massive and you can hear a lot of noise from the corridor but pass 11ish it seem pretty quiet. I was able to get a good nights sleep. I would probably be back mainly because of the location and the facilities are ok.

Extremely pleased for a city weekend
The hotel is located very conveniently next to metro stations in a central part of the city and it is very easy to find. It is a simple, clean and (for Paris standards) spacious room. It is an extra safe hotel with a tight control of who goes in and out. Nothing luxurious but everything else is there.

Tiny rooms and no AC
Staff OK but several things were not working. First no AC and a tiny fan that didn't do anything to reduce the heat. Volume on TV couldn't go up a certain level (may be on purpose?). Bedside table lamp was not working. Hairdryer was broken which obliged me to hold it tightly while blowing my hair dry and almost burnt my hand. Wifi did not work during our two days stay. Rooms and corridors terribly hot. The good thing is this hotel location, just behind the Galeries Lafayette.

No air-condition in the room
No air-con in the room! Cannot stay during summer. Went late June, weather not so hot so bearable but sun rise at 6am so can't sleep longer. Had stayed on 4th floor. As there is no air-con, we have to open window. Although fan was provided, it was noisy! After open window, outside also very noisy. 6+am can hear garbage truck. And houseflies flew in as well!

There’s basically no WiFi. And I just don’t like the idea of leaving my key at the front desk when they make mistakes like giving me the wrong key to other ppl’s room when I checked in.

The hotel WiFi is constantly down...there’s basically no wift at all during the two times I stayed there. They require u to leave the room card key at the front desk when going out...the problem is when I checked in, the gentlemen mistakenly gave me a room which already had other guest staying inside (but the guest was out), so I had to run down stairs again and he said he made a mistake. So I just didn’t feel safe about leaving my key with them when I go out. I could have easily stolen things from that room (but I didn’t of course). What if they make the same mistake and ppl steal my stuff? But I have to say the hotel is located in a very convenient location for eats and shopping.

Evening staff was awfully rude and made me feel very unwelcome. Room is extremely small and I honestly don't understand where the 3 stars come from. Avoid if you can.
