Stay someplace else!
Fresh Towels were for a fee. Half of help was very rude. Breakfast bare minimum standard. Wet/Soaked floor outside of bathroom that was never addressed even after we brought it up twice! We had to use our limited towels to try and soak it up. Only two towels given even though we booked for and had three staying in room. No AC. Noisy at night with park with people outside screaming until the early morning. Transients living in park outside. No screens on windows that had to be left open due to heat and humidity. My family was bitten by bugs for 9 days we stayed! Carpets are thread bare. Room was advertised as a double and twin for three guests. Turns out the double is an uncomfortable folding cot. I travel the world, am in hotels for over 100 days a year. I am used to second and borderline third world conditions. This is the worst accommodations and service of anyplace I’ve ever stayed. I will be leaving negative reviews on every review site I can find. Never have left a negative review anywhere before! You get a second star for two of your employees that were actually helpful and nice. Literally every other aspect of our stay and the rest of the staff were horrible. I will let as many people as I can know about this horrible hotel by every method I can find.

Excellent hotel ! Excellent location if You go to Cite de science ! Clean , polite personal , I recommend this place for people who travel with children . It has everything for a family , and park for a kid to run . Daytime we went to cite de science , in the evening we went to the city .

We want all our guests to enjoy comfortable and pleasantly furnished accommodation. We are sorry that this was not the case for your visit. We knows that our aparthotel is aging but we will proceed to renovate it at the end of 2019 - start 2020 as all our aparthotels Adagio, so i confirm that it is not dirty but used. Regarding air freshener, we are happy to see how effective they are and have very positive feedback from all our customers, fortunately we don't need to hide anything. This is a terrible hotel, the air conditioning is not working and only provide two electric fans, there is no housekeeping and the staff does not throw the garbage outside, we have to. The comfort room in the entrance has an odor and the location of the hotel is not kid friendly. On the amenities they need to inform the costumers that there is no air conditioning. I travelled for comfort and I have two children and my husband has hypertension. I booked two double beds but when we checked in our room only had 1 double bed and 1 couch bed. For travelers I highly don’t recommend this hotel.

Dont stay here. Our Room was broken into (along with the whole 4th floor). Since we were here for work, laptops, ipads, and other valuables were stolen. We werent notified of the break in until we showed up to the room (almost 8 hours later) with our door wide open and a security guard standing there. The staff said we would be safe on another floor and that was their solution to the problem.

The room was decent. The bathroom smelled stale because there was no ventilation. Bed was comfortable. Area very sketchy though. I was staying at this hotel with many other friends, and their entire floor of the hotel got robbed. Thankfully the hotel is going to compensate them for their loss of computer/iPad/wallet, but that’s only after an entire night of arguing and a trip to the police station while on vacation.

Functional short term "apartment" rooms.
Small, poorly lit, weirdly arranged. It's not dirty, but a feeling of cleaness is not exactly there, either. Bare bones. Perfectly adequate, don't get me wrong, but there are no frills, here. There is a kitchenette with a stove top, mini fridge and sink, sponge, towel and some pots and pans and glassware is provided. There are markets very near by.

Don't book this Hotel!
Terrible Hotel. Will never stay again. Stinky rooms, unfriendly staff and noise around the hotel. No AC. Had to keep the windows open and could not sleep due to noise.

A functional if not overly appealing stay
Hotel staff largely less than helpful. Breakfast acceptable. Not necessarily clean room. Kitchen facilities in room could have been very useful to the extended stay traveler. Hotel almost impossible to find by instructions given in Mapquest (not sure who is responsible for that). Parking is available around the corner in a commercial garage, DO NOT MISS THE TURN. On Metro route between two stations. Neighborhood shops and restaurants within easy walking distance; interestingly enough both Kosher and Halal on same side of street, with a Chinese take out as well.

average place to stay. Enough comfort for a low price.
We stayed in a appartement with 4 adults. We were there only to sleep, shower and have breakfast. All amenities were present. Although the room was small it was big enough for us. Boulangerie and a little supermarket at 300 meters. Metro at 100 meters and a underground parking behind the hotel. We payed 42,50 euro for 3 days parking. With the metro it takes 30 minutes te get downtown.

The hotel was secure and was a clean facility for the most part. Since we stayed 4 nights, we did not have cleaning service. The Verona Italian restaurant across the street had very good food and excellent staff. Metro station close by. One downside was outside the hotel was noisy late at night facing towards the museum.

room is large enough and the apartment had a separate room with door and was small but manageable in size with wallsafe. decent view over museum. Excellent metro access-100M away! About 20 mins to city center without a hitch via gare le'est transfer. staff was understanding of our 2 dogs barking at people passing the room while we were gone which was appreciated. they are good and quiet except for someone in immediate vicinity of the door. 2 large dogs accepted for 5 euros/nt. hard to find places accepting 2 large dogs. so ,happy for that. parking is cumbersome but ok once figured out in cite de science and the hotel will offer 10 euro discount rate for each 24 hrs. we'd consider this place again. oh-good restaurants and bakeries up and down the block were convenient.

Handy for visiting Paris.
Well equipped and comfortable, it is very handy for touring Paris - about 6 or 7 stops on the metro to reach the centre. Would have liked a double and 2 twins to accommodate 3 of us rather than two doubles, but otherwise no complaints. Kitchen is a useful asset - and there is a small shop and several boulangeries nearby to buy breakfast. Take tea and coffee with you as there is a kettle and filter coffee maker but no supplies in the room. The nearest metro station is just a couple of hundred yards from the hotel.

It was really nice stay in Paris, this hotel is close to subway station so it is really easy to get into city center. About the hotel - it was a great place to stay for a couple of young people who wants to enjoy a week in Paris. Even though it is in rush area it was good place to relax after a tiring day. The staff is very nice, you can even store your luggage for free if you are flying back home in the evening and you have to check out by 11 am in the hotel. Nice place to stay.

Total disappointment. Stayed there before when trading as Citea. This time the service was poor .
Paid for a 1 bedroom apartment to sleep 4, was given an unacceptable studio , Room 500,which did not comply with health and safety regulations. The bedroom was a box within a room. The beds were not comfortable due to the pockets in the mattresses.The apartment was not fully equipped. Asked for a hairdryer on arrival and was given one on day 4. The bins were emptied only twice during the 5 night stay. Were given only 2 * 5ml of shower gel , 2 thin soap tablets for 3 persons to use for 5 nights. The receptionists are not well trained and gave us the wrong information on new local shopping centre. Poor customer relations.

Excellent for self-catering short stays
This hotel exceeded our expectations. We had originally booked a double studio and on arrival were upgraded to one with two separate bedrooms (designed for 3), since they weren't very full. Included was a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker, fridge, hotplates, etc. so it is ideal for self-catering, although they do provide breakfast at extra cost if required. On the negative side, there was a damp smell, probably coming from the sink or bathroom. Also, the environment was quite noisy. There is a large pedestrian area between the hotel and the Cite des Sciences which seems to be used as a playground by the locals on some nights, even at 4am, so it's best to sleep with the windows closed. Also we were aware of the movement of Metro trains under the hotel, even though we were on the 7th floor. Despite the above, I would stay there again. The service was good and friendly. The towels were replaced every day. The guy in reception spoke English and made us feel welcome.

Moved to a different, better hotel in a better part of Paris
On arriving at the Citea de La Vallette in Paris, I was informed that technical difficulties had prevented me from being checked in. However, the hotel had already rebooked me in a new Citea in another part of the city (Charenton) which was much nicer than my original selection. They paid for a cab to the new location, which was much appreciated. Although the access to Metro was poorer at the new hotel, everything else about it was nicer - neighborhood, freshness, etc.

Great Stay
The metro is 1/2 block away, a must to get around in Paris. the hotel is in front o f Science Museum. i wanted a place that had kitchen . It was big, clean the maid service was very good. across the street are several restuarantrs.walk a block away multiple supermartkets. this hotel is located were real pleople live. its not down town paris were massess of tourist stay. it was quite hotel. i enjoy it . i would stay there again.

Worse Hotel
We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and boy let me tell you what the nightmare it was. First when we arrived at the hotel and stop at the front desk. Those people are VERY rude. The front desk very nasy, stinks mean. They gave us such a hard time. They told us that we had to pay city tax which was cheat . We also had book for the breakfast and when we arrived at the breakfast room the nasty women told us that we can’t have it because we don’t have the ticket. When we went to front desk they told us that you need to pay extra if we want to eat breakfast. Oh boy I would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel. It is they worse hotel I EVER stayed in my life. I give them zero rating. WORSE WORSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good Hotel with Certain Problems
We looked for a cheaper hotel to stay in Paris and this looked like a good hotel for the money. The hotel was conveniently located next to a metro station, however, it was quite a distance to the city center of Paris. The hotel is not in a bad neighborhood and there are some good restaurants across the street. The hotel rooms were nice and cleanly. Although they were a little small we got by okay. The rooms that face the street all have a tiny vent that is open, yes open, to the outside. In the mornings we could hear the construction workers and traffic which made it hard to sleep. It was hard to believe that they put these vents in a hotel. Our biggest problem with this hotel was the lack of good service with the front desk. Two of the front desk people who served us were really rude to us, not seeming to care about our stay there. One of the front desk people was nice, however. In the end, the hotel was good, although the people were very rude which would make us not want to stay there again.

très bien !!!
le lieu est très bien situé: parc de la villette, buttes chaumont, canal de la villette qui mène au canal saint martin, un supermarché à 2 min à pied, ligne de metro qui ramène dans le centre en moins de 20 min. de plus, la déco et les appartements sont très bien pensés et les personnes de l'établissement charmants. Seuleument 4 étoiles car si vous êtes du coté rue (ce qui fût mon cas) : bruit de circulation continuel donc il est préférable d'être coté parc de la villette

Nice Place, terrible location
The Hotel / Appartments are fine and the Staff is friendly and competent..There is only a couple of minutes walk to a hub for public transport. But the nearby areas are terrible and dangerous after dark. The park next to the building is filled with gangs and homeless people.

Nous avons passé un bon week-end dans votre hôtel. L'accueil était au top, le personnel très agréable et souriant. Concernant la chambre il y avais pas mal de moucherons, et je sais pas si on a bien cherché mais nous n'avons pas trouvé la climatisation car il faisais extrêmement chaud dans la chambre, du coup nous avont ouvert les fenêtres la 1ere nuit et on c'est fait asticoter par les moustiques ! Et les bruits des voitures, des gens qui hurler dehors ... Désagréable... heureusement j'ai ramener mon mini ventilateur de bureau qui nous a bien aider a dormir tranquillement sans que les fenêtres soient ouvertes.
