All the staff I had contact with were excellent. Patricia at Reception was particularly pleasing. She handled my Check-in swiftly and efficiently. I've travelled to thirty six countries in the last ten years, stayed in hundreds of hotels, and written a travel book, so I recognise good service when I see it. My room was clean, and the service at the restaurants was great. I ate there every night.
The hotel, while not top class, is very comfortable, and not over crowded. Palm Cove is wonderful.
Great location and friendly staff. Drawbacks were the pool and jacuzzi were not heated and cold. The rooms were lovely but little storage for clothes. The bathroom had a frosted glass shower that lit up the entire bedroom when the bathroom light was on. This made it impossible to sleep in if someone had to get up early. Overall a very nice resort.

The room was small but very clean, had the all the basics you need to be able to be self sufficient and I was able to cook most of our meals at home, do the laundry, etc. The new deck, outside area and pool are the highlights of the stay. The airconditioner worked well, the bed comfortable and it was lovely to choose to eat on the balcony or inside. Our hosts kept a very low profile, but that didn't bother me. Palm Cove is beautiful, stunning in fact, but the restaurants are pricey so it was excellent to be able to cook own meals and save a lot of money. Undergound parking was great too.

"Lovely tranquil surroundings. Very nice apartment"
Very lovely apartment. The garden surroundings are beautiful. Once you open the large doors to outside you feel a part of nature. This was a really pleasant surprise and the staff at the front desk were really delightful. Very relaxing place to stay. Very quiet.
