The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location short walking distance many places. Cab about 40 euro from airport which was fast and easy. Nice staff very helpful. Apartment was very spacious and modern. Secured building, good breakfast, truly helpful staff. Would stay again.

Lovely property with lovely hosts, who catered for my food allergies. Modern facilities, very clean. Had a little noise from outside in the evening but then nothing the rest of the night. Breakfast was a nice choice. There is a lift which is a bonus, as lots of the older accommodation don't have them.

Good location, and a decent price
Clean room, decent breakfast, good location, about a 15 minute walk to Palermo center. Only complaint is that the balcony faces a huge wall. All in all, it was a good dtay.

Great stay in Palermo
Helpful, friendly staff. Great room with comfortable bed. Excellent storage space in bath. Very modern and clean and designed with the traveler's needs in mind. Perfect location for exploring Palermo on foot.

Super Serpotta!
The staff could not have been more helpful - one kind lady even sorted out an extra night's stay and arranged an excellent taxi service. The accommodation was very spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable (especially the coffee). Our stay was excellent value for money, and we should be delighted to return.

A great choice of accommodation - very central quiet street. The building in recent years has obviously had a full renovation, its modern and finished to a high standard. Room comfortable and clean, staff absolutely brilliant, very friendly and helpful. Made sure my wife got a gluten free breakfast each day, they were also very handy in terms of making sure we had everything we needed during our two week stay including any queries re day trips etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to book this again if staying in Palermo, felt like home for a fortnight. The room we had was fully kitted out with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils etc . There was bags of room, the shower was fantastic, there were plenty towels too. Nothing was a problem to the people at the accommodation, the meet and greet taxi there and back was first class and reasonably priced too. Lastly a huge thanks to everyone at Serpotta 10 Palermo for their warmth and friendliness. Each day started with a smile, a good breakfast and a chat, we loved our stay XX

Lovely BnB quiet location
Lovely comfortable stay with young vibrant staff kept the place really neat and tidy. Breakfast was simple but more than enough. Don't forget to ask for scrambled eggs our room 204 had an amazing shower. WiFi was good too. Discounted restaurants are nearby. The immediate area isn't the most welcoming. Free bus only 2 mins walk away near via Roma

Very handy hotel for an overnight stop in Palermo
We were given two very spacious interconnected rooms for us and our two children. They were extremely clean and well equipped. Very modern decor. Excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us.

A hidden gem
Delightful hotel, conveniently placed for visiting most of the sights in Palermo. The young staff were refreshingly helpful and enthusiastic. The good sized bedroom was well furnished and the bathroom would not be out of place in a four star hotel. Excellent breakfast which set us up well for a days walking. Can highly recommend it.

Good choice for Palermo
Very good hotel near to both the new and old city and about a 10 minute walk from the airport bus. My room faced the courtyard and was quiet and safe. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Very new and modern building. Large rooms located in a great area, close to everything. Staff spoke excellent English, very helpful and professional. I enjoyed my stay very much, walked to all major sights, great restaurants and wine pubs located near by. You can walk to the harbor and watch the sun set while drinking wine. Breakfast was a nice treat every morning.

We were only able to stay for one night. Parking is a little tricky if you’re in a rental car but overall had a pleasant stay.

We travel a lot... and found BB10Serpotta to be in a class of its own. The perfect "home" for our 7 night stay in Palermo. 302 was a spacious, comfortable, well equipped apartment. Wonderful, friendly and helpful hosts and staff. Well-located so we could walk and/or use the free bus service (Navette) from a stop nearby to access all the sights in Centro Storico. And avail of the hot tub to relax after a long day on our feet

Fantastic stay in Palermo
Fantastic little Bed and Breakfast. Luigi went out of his way to make sure we had a great experience. The location was excellent. Very secure and modern. Our room was large and very comfortable with huge bathroom and all the amenities. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were a little hard for my taste. Breakfast was great and service excellent. I would highly recommend this Bed and Breakfast.

Beware that accessible room means disabled!!!
Disabled room 103 means a sit down shower that floods everywhere. Expedia/the hotel does not make this clear on the website. The girl in charge had a bit of an attitude about it. Breakfast and breakfast staff was very good.

Good location. Nice secure parking.
Overall we had a great stay. Arrival and checkin went very smooth with a nice hor cappuccino. We got a ton a helpful info from Luigi upon checkin regarding places to see, restaurants to eat at and the best times to do so. The hotel was clean and secure with garaged parking for an extra 15 euro a day (well worth it). The wifi was very reliable and the rooms were clean rooms and appropriately sized. Breakfast was plentiful and had a little bit of everything. Overall, we loved our stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Sicily.

Very comfortable hotel close to city centre .
Entrance was rather surprising - in small side street, but inside was great! Good welcome from staff who were very helpful in giving local information. Room was spacious and comfortable. We found Wi-fi was rather uncertain but not a big problem. Breakfasts were very good. We tried the jacuzzi and thought this was a great feature. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it highly.

For B&B, it is good.
The location was quiet and about 10-15 mins walk from most of the attractions, which can be a good thing especially after a hectic day. That said, most of the shops around the area during our 2 days stay were closed (Sunday check in)..we found out from our guide the next day that most of the shops in Palermo are closed on Monday mornings too. Also, the reception girl who greeted us on Sunday didnt seem to be well versed in some of the stuff ...for eg, when we asked about the free AMAT shuttle buses, she didnt seem to know about it, and told us we had to buy tickets (we later saw the hop on and off bus, and this was confirmed by our tour guide the next day). She also didnt book our taxi to the airport although this was discussed. Fortunately, we checked it again later with another guy, Luis (? spelling), and he booked it for us, on the afternoon the day before our departure. Overall, the apartment was okay. I had to fix the kettle cover, which had come out when we first enter the apartment, but other than that, everything else worked well. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was fantastic :) . Breakfast was good by B&B standards.

2 night stay January 2017
Ultra modern spotlessly clean hotel. We had a large, very quiet comfortable room with tea making facilities, fridge and good free wifi. Bathroom was impressive with a shower that seemed to be able to operate as a steam room! Large hot tub in the basement which we used one rainy afternoon. Breakfast good. The hotel is very conveniently placed for walking Palermo old town and Teatro Massimo and there are lots of bars and restaurants within five minutes. Roberta and Francesca are very welcoming and helpful. We arrived late and in the dark from the Politeama airport bus stop 10 mins walk away at around 8.00pm but no problem once we had worked out how to use the entryphone system. Recommended.

Very pleasant and clean room. Acceptable continental breakfast. Kinda hard to find on a small street with inconspicuous entrance. Staff was wonderful; friendly, helpfiul, and English speaking. Do not take taxi to or from airport unless you want to pay double. Make prior arrangements with Hotel or other shuttle services beforehand and the costs will be in the neighborhood of 40 euros each way ( approx 45 min). Plan arrival at airport 2 hrs early ( expect long lines and other time consuming procedures).

Very comfortable B & B with very comfortable rooms. The staff was absolutely outstanding and made us very comfortable. Good location walking distance to Palermo's main attractions. Will defintely stay here if visiting Palermo again.

luxury B and B near main sights of Palermo
Tucked up a side street near the port, this luxury B and B is well situated to see the main sights of Palermo on foot. If you have a car, leave it in the garage (15 euros a day) and save yourself the stress of driving in Palermo, which is pretty scary. The bedrooms are well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The shower in the room has lots of features including a sauna. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate and the staff helpful and friendly.

Some friends and I stayed here while sightseeing in Sicily. The management were very friendly, offering us coffee when we arrived, and recommending restaurants and places to visit. The room was large, comfortable and in excellent condition. The breakfast spread was fresh and had plenty of variety. We all came away thinking this was one of the best experiences we have had at any hotel. An added plus was that the management offered to watch our luggage after we checked out, so that we could spend an extra few hours exploring the town.

The interior is brand new, modern and very spacious. To wake with the scent of freshly baked goods, is a great sensation, the breakfast needless to say was special and plentiful including freshly squeezed juices. Gaetano delivers the ultimate in management, comfort, and cleanliness and modern facilities, and personal service, and the very best accomodation we had in 9 Accomodations over 5 weeks in Italy and UK. I could not praise Gaetano and BB 10 Serpotta enough. This is the standard by which all accomodation should be measured. It is comfortable, safe, organised, well managed, assists with any request promptly and efficiently. The room is immaculate, comfortable, large , fully equipped and has the latest in bathroom facilities and it is spotless. Breakfast is more than adequate and great coffee too.
