“So Happy We Stayed”

Just spent an amazing Easter weekend at Tuscana Condos. I would highly recommend the resort. Kids loved the pool, friendly staff, well maintained property. Also loved the location. Close enough to Orlando, yet far enough away from the craziest areas.

“Great condo at a fantastic price.”

Jason at check in was very efficient and helpful. Our condo was larger than expected and very clean. All the basic necessities were covered. Perfect for those who don't like to eat every meal out while on vacation.

“spacious! great for families!”

Our three bedroom condo was super comfy, the tv were out dated, but everything was super clean! Super market and theme parks close by. Pool not heated, but okay for warm days. Would for sure come back!! Had a great stay!

“Great value for families”

The 3 bedroom unit we stayed in was very clean and well furnished. Full sized kitchen with utensils too. The unit was as pictured on expedia website. There is a $40.00 cleaning charge added to the bill but it was not unexpected and understandable since it was a 3 br 2 bath unit and not a standard hotel room.. (this info was on expedia site) They also put a $300.00 hold on credit card to cover any damages to unit. We didn't have a problem with that either but with 4 children, we were very mindful.(be sure to insist someone on hotel staff checks the room while you are present and clears you of any damage liability. Who needs a surprise in their credit card statement a month after they're home. The kids enjoyed the pool. There are restaurants nearby (Chilis at the end of the road) Disney is a 5 min drive on I-4. We wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place in the future.

“comfort and relaxing”

You need to let your customers know, that the staff that runs your bar and grill, have nothing to do with the resort. One nite i was in the pool area, and i started to get hungry, ask the girl for a menu, and she said the grill was closed, because it was a slow nite, and the cook had cleaned everything .This can tarnish your image of a 4 star resort.MY suggestion is Holded the bar and grill to the some high standed as the resort,I also had breakfast one morning at the grill, the owner was by him self ,i watch this man making my food, take a deliver from a vender, sever 2 drinks take money give change back, and go back and finish my food,i did not see him wash his hands, lwas ready to say something to him,but my wife stop me.I was there 8 days only eat at the bar and grill one time ,because of this.Other than that this place is awesome the staff is great and helpful, map quest in the front office

“Very nice and out of the way.”

It was quiet and out of the main tourist hub. The Publix store a mile away was useful. The bedroom curtains are a poor design because you couldn't shut them completly to keep out sunlight when needed.

“Beautiful Resort”

The Tuscana is beautiful resort situated in a peaceful setting about 20 minutes outside of Disney and Universal -right off the hghway. We had a 3 bedroom unit that was extremely clean and comfortable for 5 people. The pool is beautiful and there is food service at the pool which is convenient and open at night (check the hours). Directly up the entryway into the resort is a CHILIS, 24 hr. MCDonalds, Gas stations and a plaza with Walgreens and some small food places. The only thing I did not realize was that we needed to supply our own soap, paper products, etc after our initial supply ran out. Not a big deal with the Walgreens up the road...just someting to remember if staying here. I would highly recommend staying here again.

“Our stay at Tuscana Resort in Champions Gate Florida”

The unit was really nice, lots of space and high ceilings. We were on the main level of Building 5; we didn't hear the people above and around us.We were afraid based on previous reviews but it turned out to be an excellent location.(The carpet showed a little bit of wear; the main reason is that most hotels use commercial grade carpeting while this place used regular residence carpet grade.)The internet access was excellent; wired with network cable supplied. During our stay, we visited Disney which is not very far...got on I-4 (exit 58) only to get on World Dr (exit 62 off I-4) to Disney parks. We didn't get to use the pool since during our visit the Florida temperature was on the cooler side. The Publix nearby came in handy for grocery shopping; also a good selection of wine! It also has a Walgreen, McDonalds and Chili's nearby; not really walking distance though! The only downside of this resort is the lack of supplies such as Dishwasher soap, Laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper. If you are staying for a week with kids, you will likely have to purchase some of those items; especially that they ask that you start the dishwasher on your way the day of checkout.Don't count on using an in-room safe, our unit didn't have one. This property is not big compared to Orange Lake or Sheraton Vistana; it only offers one pool area. You need a vehicle to get around the neighborhood since nothing is really walking distance. We would definitively visit this resort again.

“Will Return Next Year”

Close to Disney-Far from Universal. Could not use exterior porch because of noise from expressway. Do not accept buildings 5 or 6. Resort is newly built. Had a lot of noise from floors above. Resort is hard to find on a side road. Far from the nightclub scene but if all you want is to lie in the sun by a pool this is the place. Will return next year.

“Had a great time!!!”

The rooms were big, clean and spacious. The hotel was not more than 5 to 10 minutes from Disney and Universal Studios. The only problem was with the towels which some had dirty spots. That was quickly rectified by using the washer/dryer. Our family will be going back to Orlanda and we will definately be staying here again,
