"We had an issue with charges to our card and got told to fix it with our bank and yet the charges didn’t match up. We paid everything Friday when we checked in, they had a bunch of hidden fees and deposits that aren’t disclosed when booking, and a 18% gratuity on everything that you buy. And yet somehow we still owed them and things just get explained away as fees. I love the hotel, but that, I probably wouldn’t go back."

"This is THE best hotel I've ever stayed at, for the price and the amenities I don't think I'd stay anywhere else when I visit again. Beautiful property, so clean, rooms are spacious with everything you need and more. Best hotel stay I've had yet, it felt like home!"
