This is an exceptional luxury property for the value. We have stayed at both the Marriott vacation villages in the World Center over the last few years and I would highly recommend either Sabal, or Royal Palms. The resort is an excellent get away from the hustle and bustle of the parks. We make sure to schedule one day to just be at the hotel! Cannot recommend enough. They go out of their way to help out, such as offering half day rates when your flight does not leave until the evening. Thanks to the whole team at Royal Palms!

I had high hopes based on the pics posted on this property. Check-in was smooth and prior to arrival I had requested a late check in due to travel delays. Staff was kind to follow up with text to ensure our safe arrival. I had requested a villa not on the ground floor and was told the property was at capacity and unable to accommodate. Totally understood but when I arrived at the unit the villa had a musty odor and was unpleasant. The bathrooms are dated and in need of a remodel. The water pressure extremely low in second bathroom and it took forever to shower. The windows need to be replaced to avoid draft and outside noise. Positive note: the villa was fully stocked with all supplies and I did not need housekeeping to enter the villa during our stay. Based on my experience, I won’t be returning to this villa in the future.

I feel as though the whirlpool tubs are a waste and take up to much room. The toliet and shower area should be separate from one another.

People are kind but property needs to exterminate. Dealt with bed bugs and water bugs. Elevator smelled like dog urine the entire week. Initially thought I had a rash but upon getting an inspection immediately after my return, turned out to be bed bugs and needed to exterminate. Disappointed.

Very spacious, very well priced. The rooms are much bigger than how the pictures showed off. About 10 minutes from Disney and the resort is beautiful. If you’re thinking about this and another cheap 2 bedroom option as I was, I would definitely splurge a bit and opt for this one. The value is definitely there!

Beautiful 2 bedroom apartments in a great location. Spacious and well fitted, the apartment was just what we needed. Enclosed balcony with a view across the golf course was practical and pleasant. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus, as was the washing and drying machines. We didn’t go to the main Marriott resort, but the local facilities were well maintained. Nice to spend early evening in pool without any children. Resort conveniently 10 minutes from Disney parks and other local restaurants and shops.

Fantastic apart-hotel
We stayed at the Marriott Royal Palms for 7 nights in April 2023 (1 couple, 1x 6yr old). Check-in was quick and simple, parking super convenient. Our room was ideal for a week's stay, 1 huge bedroom with ensuite, 1 good sized double with bathroom. Having the kitchen enabled us to cook one night and eat breakfast there most days. The washing machine also came in handy. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were a little tired but fine. The pool is by the main lobby, good size for an afternoon swim. You can also take the transport to the main hotel to use their pool. There's a water bottle refill machine by the pool which is great, we refilled our bottles every evening. Super easy to get to Disney parks, local restaurants and outlets. Would definitely recommend.

The room was incredibly roomy, amazingly clean, and had all the extras we needed. The location was quiet and parking was never a problem. The pool was heated and nice and towels were plentiful. If I had to list a complaint, it would be that there was no restaurant nearby - always had to drive and traffic in that part of Orlando can be busy.

Good clean villa, adequate for 4 adults and 2 year child. Close to all Disney attractions - excellent location. Friendly staff. Hurricane contingencies were excellent, didn’t feel threatened.
