"The hotel is located in a seedy neighborhood, and the check-in process was extremely slow. The entire property smelled strongly of marijuana and whatever else. My room had a connecting door to the adjacent room. The door was very thin and provided almost no sound insulation. I could clearly hear conversations and noise from the guests next door. "If you care about your health, safety, or your life, DO NOT STAY HERE. The photos look NOTHING like the property, they are either Ai or from 1980. From the moment we walked in there was nothing but FILTH everywhere. The carpets, the floors, the elevator, the hallways, and this is all before we even set foot in the ROOM. "I had a great stay at this hotel. The property was exceptionally clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the guest rooms spotless and comfortable. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The employees were friendly, professional, and always willing to help whenever I needed anything or had a question. "The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out. The dinner we had at the Executive Suites next door was very reasonably priced and tasted great. The breakfast was served after we had to leave, so we couldn’t enjoy that."

"Stayed in room 107. Wow. This room isn’t advertised on the internet. I didn’t know The Harris had a suite. It felt recently renovated, new, very clean. The AC didn’t work well, only working at times, but other than that, it was a great, large, clean room. Everything was very clean. Thank you to the owners of Harris Motel."

Otherwise, it was really sad to see the disrepair of what was once a beautiful place to stay. Broken furniture. Holes in the walls. Peeling paint. Leaking walls in the stairwell. No AC. Sketchy clientele. The breakfast consisted of toast, cereal, OJ, and coffee. I have no plans on returning."
