"Pool was not heated. My 7 year old has never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express where the pool wasnt heated.

"The room was clean and opened to the bay, which was very nice. The location was not very convenient or safe to get around. The pool was nice but the hot tub was too crowded with kids to try out.
