"Good location.
Nice spacious rooms & bathrooms and we had a great patio.
Only downside is the carpet (bit worn) would rather have hard surface."

"Loved our stay at St James will definitely be back! Situated in a lovely area, room was clean and comfortable all you need. Unfortunately we visited when the restaurant was out of action for refurbishment but plenty of local places to eat which were great."

"Lovely and unusual place was very memorable for our wedding night. The staff were very flexible with our late arrival and great at breakfast at topping up tea etc. Lovely people."

"We paid a premium price for a very standard room. Double bed with hard pillows.
Very dated in the decor and furnishings.
I was disappointed with the whole experience.
Set menu for the evening was very pricy and was underwhelming.
Breakfast was what saved the day, nice ingredients, great selection.
Staff were friendly."
