"I had a wonderful stay at ND Hotel. The man on the desk was lovely, he went above and beyond to store my luggage prior to check in and then when I arrived later in the day to check in he had kindly taken my suitcase to my room. The room had all the basic facilities I needed: a fan and heater, a smart TV, a fridge. "Bed was very uncomfortable , blind didn't fit window properly and had to be held down with something heavy but light still came in the sides, the emergency light of which there were 2 light the room up like a Christmas tree, the walls were so thin that the very noisy neighbours it felt like I was sharing a bed with them , came home completely wiped out , hand rail on the stairs wobbled in places,

"The Hyde Hotel is certainly not luxurious but is, most definitely, very convenient and in a beautiful area of London.
My room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a quite run down and a bit noisy but for the price it is very adequate."

"Just awful! The receptionist seemed distracted with something else and was quite rude when we checked in. Our "executive" room was literally behind the reception office. When we entered the room it was tiny, dark and grubby. As we were next to reception we heard every conversation taking place outside. It was dated and in need of refurbishment. The floors were bare wood and every floorboard creaked and squeaked. The blind didn't work, the curtain ties were held on by wire, the bed was so close...

"Unfortunately, we thought that breakfast was included; however, it was not. This was disappointing since, in my search on Booking, I had specifically searched for breakfast included. We did enjoy our stay, just the same. The room was clean, and the hotel was centrally located, very near tube stops, groceries, restaurants, etc. The view from the window was lacking, and the room was small. Just the same, I would stay there again. The staff were very nice, and we had a good visit."
