"One of the absolute best places to stay. My family & I were overjoyed to be staying here again as we have made The Reef our yearly vacation spot. We got there early this year and they did their best to get us in the room as soon as they could. The staff is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and you can request housekeeping to clean your room after a couple days stay. They do a nice job. We love the reef!"

"Second time at this Hyat Place on the beach! Outstanding location, very clean, very well organized with great personal and a very convenient parking. Breakfast was great and you full of energy for at list half day to enjoy the beach without being worried about going to lunch early.
Visiting with our 12th year old granddaughter. Front desk people very friendly that gave to her some free drinks after sharing few minutes of conversation made her day!"

"Spacious hotel rooms and comfortable beds. The hallways smelled a little odd, but this is likely because you can cook in some of the rooms / some rooms have stovetops. You can't really control what someone is cooking! They have laundry facilities onsite as well and while I did not use them, they looked clean. The fitness center was very clean as well and they even had a Peloton bike. I would definitely stay here again."
