"Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of meals and the food was excellent. The room comes with a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of selection. My only complaint was that the twin king beds needed a mechanism to lock the wheels. When you tried to get into bed or sit on the bed, the entire bed slipped away. Someone could fall and hurt themselves. But I would still highly recommend this hotel. "Need more explanation for guest arriving outside of reception hours, was suppose to get a email with check in instruction but did not come through, rang earlier in the day but no one advise to just contact the after hours team and they would assist"

"The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. Would have been much more useful having the bed head against the wall and the tv on the adjacent wall with the tv on the adjacent wall. No tea or coffee facilities that we could find and unless you studied the control panel before dark, you could easily open the curtains rather than turn the bathroom light on in...

"The location is superb which is close to an outlet and there are many scenic places in the vicinity, too. The accommodation is also outstanding providing all necessary utensils and facilities. It also provides a nice view from the balcony. With such a reasonable price this place is highly recommended and we would come back again when I travelled to Gold Coast next time. P.S. The door is self-locked but if it can provide a safety lock it would be more perfect."

The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained. "Old and very tired, in need of refurbishment. Three main things define a quality room - Plumbing, Pillows and Aircon, FAIL on all 3. You can hear other people's plumbing running. The pillows are thin cheap ones probably bought from Coles and the aircon was ineffective. Had to set it to 17C and flat out to even get the room down to a temperature where I wasn't sweating. Hardly slept and won't ever stay here again!"
