"The AC in our King bed with pull out sofa bed room was terrible. Temperature could not be controlled. Wall thermostat was almost unusable. Expedia stated a $100 pet fee when I booked, but I was charged $150. In addition, there was no mention of a daily parking fee of $5.30 when I booked or at check-in. We left a day early and I understand we would not be refunded that last night even though we did not stay there, but we were also charged that parking fee for a parking space we did not use.

"For the price it was adequate. The room was clean, but shop worn. The amenities were a TV, a microwave, a hair dryer, and a small refrigerator. We only used the refrigerator, and it worked fine. "Room 930 is very worn and in need of maintenance. The bathroom vanity is heavily worn, and the exposed wood should be refinished, painted, or stained to improve the appearance. Tiled shower had black spots in the corners. The carpet and chair also showed significant wear, making the room feel dated and uninviting.
