Limited parking for a busy hotel. Its an inconvenience if you go out to an event & find out no parking is available after they charge you a daily parking fee. The overflow could use the bus parking lot since they only had 1 bus and a whole empty lot!

We really enjoyed our stay here with the exception of the first night. We had an issue with the neighboring room, because of the noise level coming from the room. We brought it to the attention of the front desk on several occasions…along with a couple surrounding rooms. Needless to say, this went on through the night. We even had the hotel security ask home to keep It down. The following night, we were able to sleep, as I’m assuming that they had checked out. Other than this the hotel was very accommodating, reason for the food stars vs five stars. The hotel staff did not do enough to accommodate all of their hotel guests. On a positive side, their housekeeping team is next level. I wish for this type of service in our other stays across the country. The other staff team members were nice as well. Thank You!!

The staff was very friendly and nice. However the room was not clean. Some of the linen had dried red spots on it. Their was hair on the bathroom floor. The bath tub looked as if it had not been cleaned in a while. The linen on the bed had hairs on it. I would never stay here again.
