Hotel Kembara di Nashville

"What a journey! Arrived and received the keys around 2pm. Went to our room for a nap when someone walks in with a dog and said this was his room. We receive a call from front desk asking who we are. We get up and pull back covers only to find blood on the sheets then go to check in desk. We were supposed to be on the third floor but was checked in on 2nd floor. For our inconvenience we were given two free dinners at their location. We proceeded to our new room and we arrive the key didn't work....

"It was a horrible stay they scammed me out of my money and the appliances didn't even work... TV remote didn't work ... sink was messed up .... microwave didn't work ..... stove top didn't work .... and on top of that they took $50 from me!! Most terrible experience in my life i would not recommend to anyone that was supposed to be a great time for my wife's birthday celebration instead they made it hell , they get a 5 star for that ...And i got the protection plan and most of the things in our...

"Staff was great. Lots of upgrades and small renovations happening. Bed was comfortable Room was clean but shower and sink both drained slow which would cause water to back up. And this seems petty, but the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles were so small. They were not enough for two adults to use for a single night. Make sure to load up before leaving the front desk"

"Loved our stay at The Soundry! The lobby smelled great and everything was so clean and cute. Our room was the perfect size and the stovetop was great to cut down on the cost of going out to eat. I read a few reviews about parking but we had no issue at all. Scooters were about $9 to get to Broadway. Ubers were $7-$10 and minimal wait time for drivers."
