If I could give this property a zero, I would. We paid almost $400 for this property for each night. For naples, this is pretty steep. However we were so diappointed when we checked in. The staff did not understand english. We booked for a king bed and were given 2 single beds. The hotel did not look fully occupied, they could have easily accomodated us. The room was so noisy, road noise did not let us sleep all night. The rooms were not at all “boutique”, quite opposite to whag is marketed. Expedia pictures are from another building but when they give you rooms, it’s in a building behind the actual building so not at all what is pictured there. Parking is $40 euros per night, not $25. Breakfast was terrible. We felt scammed!!!

The rooms are nice and the area is very central and close to the water. The staff seems to think that they belong to some king of exclusive nobility and they simply cannot be bothered with welcoming visitors, smiling, or helping you to resolve any issue you may have.

The hotel has a main lobby and only 1 floor for the rooms. There was ultra loud construction taking place at night during our stay. We didn’t get any sleep. One of the rooms we were offered smelled like fried food. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us since we couldn’t handle the smell. They stated the restaurants near by, was the cause for the smell. This was definitely the reason, but we didn’t want our belongings or the bed we slept in to smell like fried food. Again, the staff was kind, but this was not a place I would ever recommend or would return to. In fact, Naples felt unsafe and we were forced to pay high rates for cab fair back and forth from our hotel. It was not a pleasant experience and would never come back.

This was an amazing stay. The rooms are what I thought I was getting but better!!!!! The view took our breath away. I did not want to leave and the best beds we had during our stay in Italy. We hit 3 cities and i really wanted one more day at this hotel and at Naples. We will definitely be back.

Noise from the coffee machine, construction, and whoever was at the front desk area had a shouting argument that lasted over an hour. I complained about the incredible noise to the front desk. It didn't solve. When I tried to call again, there were no answers.

Having stayed there several times and loving it we were disappointed. The kettle fused all the lights in the room then when the lights were eventually resolved we were left with a bleeping noise for some time during the night. The breakfast was very disorganised with no cutlery and very short staffed. We loved the location but probably wouldn’t return to the hotel.

Not really a 4 star hotel
Already when accessing the hotel lobby it’s clear that the hotel is not what expected. The “reception desk” is pathetic even though the staff is kind and helpful. The room itself was ok with a wonderful sea-view. What was off putting is the bathroom. Tiny and in absolute need of refurbishment. Taking a shower is almost impossible as there’s no pressure and the water is only dripping. Cleanliness is not what expected. They didn’t wipe the floor, had to ask to clean the room window as extremely dirty, etc. Breakfast looks good at first sight but is bad quality and staff totally incompetent. Will not recommend this hotel and won’t stay there again.

Great location with parking garage 25 ER/night, if you have a car. Some areas in the room were not clean. On the seaside the room was noisy at night; the hotel is just above the restaurant. Great value, but we would choose the other hotel, next door if we visit again.

Fantastic stopover in the historical part of Naples. Set in a beautiful building set back in its own secure courtyard. Roberta and and the team were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble from arrival to departure. Would definitely stay again when returning to Naples.

Don’t stay here if you want peace and quiet
Sadly the hotel sits below 20+ apartments being worked on, so drilling, hammering and sawing commenced at 8am and went on all day. If your planning to have a peaceful time, you won’t get it here! Tried to complain to the manager about the noise on three occasions but he avoided us each time! Also the breakfast service was a complete and utter joke, the service was incredible poor or non existent, along with workman coming through the breakfast area every five minutes and leaving door open, made for a very bad experience. Male reception staff very good and helpful but female reception staff very unhelpful and poor attitude Shower positioned overlooking bed with no screen and let steam in bedroom

It's a very tiny hotel. Somehow I found the room not very clean. The kettle looks terrible and definitely you won't use it. The shower area is very small and water pressure not good. Very basic breakfast.

The hotel fairly nice for the most part. Most of the staff were friendly. The restaurant attached was fabulous!! Unfortunately, there was NO HOT WATER:-( Very unfortunate after the 24 hrs it took to get here:(

Terrible. Almost no Lobby. Very Noisy. Till 1AM they were moving table and Making a lot of noises. The floor is really "dirty". You could hear people from the street taling. No sound proof walls and Windows.
