"Wouldn’t stay again. The rooms are clean and bed comfortable. They charge you a $40USD resort fee for a hotel with NO amenities. Only one elevator with broken AC for seven floors that is shares with the rooftop restaurant that gets very crowded during weekends. Complimentary breakfast is only yogurt, coffee and a few fruits. Very disappointing"

From the moment you drop off the car at valet and staff opens the doors to the posh lobby, to check-in, to elegantly appointed guest rooms, to all the amenities… everything is superb. But where they stand out most is friendliness, helpfulness, and politeness of staff."

"Like it was a small hotel. It was a very low key comfortable environment. They did have a problem with the elevator. There are notices posted which let you know it is very,very, slow going down it is moving and you are not trapped. They are working on it.if you saw someone confused standing at the elevator you just let them know what was going on.it opened up alot of conversations between guest. We found it to be a problem that was laughed about."

"Given the disabled suite although we're not disabled. This meant the shower height was at bellybutton level. Made it a bit hard to shower prpoerly. Room was clean but had a strange smell when we arrived."

"Loved the view of the boats in the marina and the waterway. Also loved the service and food at the in-house restaurant. Everything was delish especially the lamb lollipops!!! The service was attentive and friendly. Overall, it was easy and fun staying at the Marina del Ray hotel and will definitely stay there next time we are in the area."

"Definitely not what was advertised, very run down. Yes, Venice Beach is not the most beautiful place and has a lot going on the boardwalk but it was definitely not what I excepted. If you’re looking for a beautiful place to go and stay please know that it’s a tiny room and has no amenities available besides a tv and a mini fridge."
