"1st time staying here. Upgraded to a junior suite and loved the extra space. Gym isnt fully equipped but decent with plenty of space. Friendly staff too. Best blackout shades. They are designed, so no light gets around the sides. Definitely recommend."

The VIP benefits were either absent, unclear, or not honored, making the designation feel misleading. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. "I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons.
Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in.
There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use.
There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag.
