The staff are simply a delight. The tasting room had a great vibe to it with knowledgeable staff. Nothing was to much and it leaves you with a sense that everyone is important. Also the marshmallows around the fire was a winner.

Raquel is excellent with guests, local wines great in the lounge. Pool was cold, and overall it feels drafty in cold weather. Bed perfect, room huge, shower epic. Dining was booked out with no room for house guests.

Beautiful property among the vines, with lots of space to walk and plenty of activities (pool, tennis court, library etc). The property was recently renovated, however there is quite a mix of old features (e.g. the pool) that require updating to compete with other properties in the area. As this is a popular wedding reception venue good to check whether or not your stay will conflict with another wedding. The food options were spectacular, but make sure to book ahead if you'd like to go to the dining room for dinner. The cellar door was good for a relaxed meal.

The hotel was fabulous. The location was perfect, the pool was welcoming, the grounds were lovely to walk around. The breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended.

The property and surroundings are beautiful. However we were disappointed to find the pool and spa were not working. It was even more disappointing because we hadn’t been told in advance, and found out after we had made our way down for a swim. Otherwise, everything was lovely. A big shout out to the lady (sorry, can’t recall her name) working in the cellar door and restaurant who does an exceptional job!

Absolutely beautiful setting, very comfortable, excellent breakfast, however no phone coverage and the restaurant was sadly closed during our stay. But the stalk were very accommodating and we had a lovely stay

Thank you Melanie, We appreciate you choosing to stay despite the impacts of the storm; now a week after it hit we remain without power, mobile phone signal and generator dependent. But we are thrilled to be open again and welcoming in guests to stay. The Dining Room we are able to operate Wednesday through Saturday for dinner, Friday through Sunday lunch. Unfortunate you were not able to try Diego’s new menu and hope the opportunity presents for you to do so in the near future. Kind regards Niel Mason

Room was spacious but drab. Parking was too far from the room and there was no lighting at night, requiring us to use a torch. Muzak in the lounges horrid and ruined the atmosphere.

The property is nicely tucked away in a secluded green area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean and well looked after rooms. The coffee was very average😕. They do Benefit from getting a good barista
