"We spent six days at the Retro and had a group of 10 people; one of our couples was in the room with the full kitchen and an outside patio. We took over the patio and used the BBQ. We played pool, cribbage, foosball, and sat and visited on the couches. We played corn hole and sat on the lawn by Elvis. We flew in to Cortez and rented a car from Rentz Rental. "The best part of this place is the lobby which looks like it was remodeled, but the rest of the property was poor. We got locked in our room because of a broken deadbolt lock and the maintenance worker had to climb through our window on floor 2 to take the door apart. It was resolved but either repair it or put signs on the doors to not use the deadbolts. Think of the liability in case of an emergency where patrons cannot get out of their rooms. It’s a safety issue."
