"I am very disappointed with my stay at this Hampton location. I have stayed at Hampton hotels before and have always had good experiences, which is why this stay was so surprising.
When I arrived, the refrigerator was not working. I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I was left on hold for more than 30 minutes, which was extremely frustrating.
When I finally spoke with staff and requested either a replacement refrigerator or a different room, I was told that neither option was available. This was especially disappointing since I had a four-night reservation and expected better service and accommodations.
Due to these issues, I felt I had no choice but to end my stay after the first night. I only hope the refund process for the remaining nights is handled fairly and without unnecessary difficulty.
I expect much better from a Hampton property and hope management addresses these issues to improve future guests' experiences."
