Hotel Mesra Alam di Milan

"Hotel shuttle took much longer to arrive than what was told to the Sheraton staff. The driver took a smoke break which aggravated me since I had to stand in rain waiting. My phone call would not go through. I called the states asking if they could get through and I got the same number as the website. The hotel is located down back roads in an industrial area; definitely not a place to sit or walk outside. Check-in was time consuming due to staff appearing to be too lean. The room was acceptable."

"Great to have airport pu drop off Great staff Nice room Great bed Good breakfast, however it cost $12 euros per person, no complains as room rate was reasonable Staff spoke English so made communication easy Dinner was good however could not order until 1900."

"The hotel was conveniently located at a ten minute walk from the Bergamo airport. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle at 4am in the morning was super convenient."
