"Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also felt very safe and secure. I especially appreciated that security and staff required guests to show their key card before accessing the elevators, which was reassuring given how busy the area is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"Decent hotel for the price, good location in Time Square and very nice staff. I could definitely tell that some things need updated; front door would not shut all the way without pulling/pushing and slamming it, windows left open and tough to close when we arrived, and sink constantly dripping."

"The rooms are very basic and small but perfect for a cheaper option in the expensive city. We were basically just in the rooms to sleep so it worked out well. The only complaint was the door didn’t lock well and the shower didn’t drain. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, they offer $3 per bag luggage storage after checkout if you want to explore the city more which came in handy! I would stay again if I was ever back in NYC."

"The hotel’s location was excellent, which was definitely a positive aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with several things. The room did not have a refrigerator or a microwave, which made my stay less convenient. The bathroom shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. The breakfast was another disappointment. There were very few options available, and guests were limited to choosing only one item. This was not what I expected based on the information provided when I booked the hotel. What disappointed me the most was the additional fee of $46 per day charged by the hotel. This fee was not clearly disclosed during the reservation process, and I felt surprised by this extra cost upon arrival. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, especially considering the additional charges and the lack of basic amenities"
