"Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel also felt very safe and secure. I especially appreciated that security and staff required guests to show their key card before accessing the elevators, which was reassuring given how busy the area is. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"Excellent hotel! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the views were amazing. The staff was welcoming and professional. We loved the Hell’s Kitchen location because it felt less crowded than Times Square but was still close to everything we wanted to see. Plenty of restaurants and attractions were within walking distance. We had a wonderful trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City."

"I am not happy with my stay at all at Yotel for some reasons. Despite the small room and space, there was no fridge to keep our stuff in. There were a few "ice maker" in some floors", not all that we had to go other floors to use. There was no ice bucket to grab ice even. I had to have them in a plastic bag. There was no water in the room. Even when we asked the restaurant to find a water dispenser or something, the manager said either the vending machine or you need to buy from outside. I...

"Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
