"We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"My son and I were traveling and wanted two beds. In NYC that is difficult to find in a boutique hotel for a reasonable rate, but we found cute bunk bed options at Arlo online. The pictures were way better than the actual room. We didn't ever see the sun, we were facing other buildings with zero view. "The design of the hotel is very cute, and we loved the balcony! The room was very small (which is not uncommon in New York), but arranging luggage was a trick. The staff is amazing! Truly wonderful, kind, and fun people. We had some small issues with maintenance during our stay. I did not love that the ac blows very forcefully and made the room very dry. We woke up with rough voices each day. Also there are no desks in the room and no common spaces. The two restaurants are not owned by the hotel...

"I got a corner bedroom, the view was great, the hotel location was great.
However, the hotel was not well maintained, a few things:
* The lights were not working properly when we came in, they had to bring someone to fix them
* The sink would clog
* The shower water power was very weak
* The heater did not work properly. Technician came twice to fix it and at the end they gave us extra blankets"
