Great location and lots of restaurants/food around. Pool area is nice and lots of chairs available. The food on property was good and convenient. The pool area bathrooms could have use more attention throughout the day but overall would highly recommend. We would definitely stay again

Started off rocky at check in with the staff member who checked us in coming off rude but after that everyone was amazing especially Shelley! She took care of me and went above and beyond. Hotel is nice and convenient and straight beach access from behind hotel

location is great. Besides, all others are far from 4-star standard. Bicycle perk does not work; It just wastes guests' time; Actually citibike are all over the city and beach; $10 for 2 hours; why need this so called Bicycle perk ? Then 3/31 midnight at 2 am there were fire alarm; although fire fighters came and prove it is a flase; but alarm still rang every 30 mins; we cannot sleep for the whole night.

This was a mom & daughter trip, first time here so I wasn’t sure what to expect. The building is old but very clean and had a retro/vintage feel with really cool artwork throughout. The room was super spacious!! The staff was very helpful and nice. The area felt safe and was super walkable to stores and fantastic restaurants. The pool and bar were very nice. The private beach access was perfect. Downsides, the room was a bit musty smelling I’m sure because it’s an old building by the ocean. We opened up the windows and it went away. Also there’s the daily valet/parking fee but I guess that’s typical. Make sure to bring plenty of tip money as well. Overall I would absolutely stay here again!! It was a really cool hotel!

We went to Miami and specifically chose the hotel solely to enjoy the pool and beach - and they closed the pool down for the day for a private red carpet event, so it was a total bust for us. Not to mention that the noise is so loud from the event that you could hear it in every room - past 10:00 PM, which really isnt appropriate unless we were told about it in adnance, or were given the heads up or opportunity to stay somewhere else.

Great location - on the beach, close to restaurants on Lincoln and Collins, 30 minutes to the airport. The renovated rooms in the newer part of the building are smaller than the main tower, but nicely decorated.

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Sagamore for my bday weekend. If you come to this hotel, expect a nice and chic stay. The property is well kept and the decor is so artsy and fun. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly and provided the best service. I truly appreciate the nice accommodations and making me feel special for my bday. In addition, I had the best passion fruit mojitos at the pool. So delicious. And any hotel that plays music from Solange and Jhene Aiko is my kind of hotel. I am looking forward to returning. This was our first time visiting Miami as we were there to celebrate my daughter’s 21st bday. The property itself is pretty nice. Upon our arrival, the staff was very friendly. I arrived to my room and the room was nice but did not wow me. I paid for an oceanview and when I went out to the balcony there was no oceanview but merely a view of palm trees. I checked with the front desk to confirm the reservation and the front desk lady confirmed that I was to have an ocean view. She was very apologetic and advised me to check back in the morning as they did not have any rooms available with the view. Needless to say, the next morning the manager contacted me first thing to address my concerns and upgraded my room to not only an oceanview but their penthouse suite. I was extremely happy with their service they provided and the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied. The room was beautiful and the grounds were well kept. I love how convenient the hotel is to restaurants, stores and not to mention having the beach access just a few steps away. The restaurant food was pretty good. I used room service and found their service to be prompt. Overall, I would certainly stay there again if I were to visit Miami Beach again.

Hi, the Sagamore is a really really wonderful choice in South Beach Miami. The location is excellent. Everything is walkable. The only thing I would suggest is the hotel, Siri to look at renovating and painting the hallways and changing the carpet to make it light and bright. Everything was dark gray and gloomy look like a prison. Seriously needs attention ASAP

This is a trendy South Beach Hotel has been updated in the not too distant past. It's a little eclectic. I didn't appreciate that. They don't have a restaurant but you can get breakfast and lunch. It's very convenient to Lincoln Ave., Mall and the beach. The hotel has been sold and has been torn down in about a year so they're not spending a lot of money on it. IT IS NOT AN ALL SUITE HOTEL!!!

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at!! Definitely worth the money!! The room I stayed in was two story with the master bedroom and bathroom upstairs!!! We absolutely loved it! We loved the art inside the hotel as well as it being a beachfront!! Plan to return soon!!

Would highly recommend! Needs some updating n a little musty Oder removal, but didn’t affect our stay! Hoping to be back again next year! Upgrades was a nice treat!

The only complaint is that I was billed twice. I got a room thru Expedia and when I got to the hotel they insisted on taking my credit card and billing me. I had to sort everything out post-trip

We liked the feeling of being in a place with so much art, a heated pool, next to the ocean walk. It is a great place!
