The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean.

The webpage states I have 24 hours to cancel. I tried canceling my booking within the 24 hours and I wasn’t able too. I went on mansión havres webpage also, the terms and conditions said I could cancel until August 6. It made no sense when I booked the hotel on the 8th of August. The terms and conditions weren’t properly made for mansion havre.

Very basic hotel. Staff was very helpful but had limited English language skills. If you want a basic hotel and speak some Spainish language skill it a good place. Close to Metro bus line and Metro underground lines. Just off Reforma and lots of interesting spots to visit on both sides of Reforma.

The staff were friendly and the room immaculate. I stayed a total of two nights and would probably stay again. My only complaint was the bed. The mattress was incredibly firm, so much so that I found it difficult to sleep. I appreciated the free bottled water as well as the courteous staff. Also, the hotel was perfectly situated in an area of restaurants and taco carts. Again, my only complaint was the hard mattress.

Good option
If you are traveling and you will use the Hotel just for sleeping this is a great option. Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Rooms are not the best but is clean and people is amazing.

Quite expensive for what you get. Then only thing worth the price of this place is the location. The rest is quite a robbery. We stayed out of the hotel for half an hour at midnight, waiting for the frontal desk girl to come back from buying Tacos, shower was broken and flooded the bathroom. Such a big room with no conditioned air, and just a 10'' x 3'' window for ventilation for such a big room. TV just got like 10 functional channels and 5 useless. We had to ask for staff to program our room key each time we went back to the place.

Cheap, No thrills small hotel with large rooms.
Hotel is in the best part of town, close to everything. It is understaffed but the young personnel is eager to help if you ask for an extra fan or pillow for your room. Hotel is missing basics, like AC, fridge, curtains, desks, and could be cleaner, but on the other hand, it is cheap, and equipped with comfortable beds for a good night sleep and spacious rooms with adequate wi-fi . Small rooms are not as comfortable, make sure you ask for a King Size Bed. Perfect if you're out and about and use it to rest and prep for the day.

Not so good or happy.
1st time the cleaning person left my room with out toilet paper, the 2nd time they clean they left me without towels, the 3rd time the overnight guy fell asleep didn’t open the door for almost 30 min, it took 20 min to get it when I arrived the 4th time the shower was clog up with hairs coming out and water was not going down.

WISH EXPEDIA would inform guests when a property does not have a heating system...... had to layer up with long sleeve shirt/sweater/puffy vest in order to sleep. And still felt chilly.....other than that the Hotel staff was great and location was perfect. Only stay here if if weather is not extreme.

We did not receive proper information about the amenities in the hotel. Bed was awful. Very uncomfortable. No hitter. No blankets.

The people working at the front desk are nice enough, but..... You'll need to buzz the bell any time you want to go in the hotel, and sometimes when you go out. You may have to wake up the front desk person so that they can let you in. The sheets, towels, and pillowcases have stains and/or holes. The room itself was clean and smelled of Fabuloso after the staff cleaned each day. There were no curtains in my room, just vertical blinds. If you're someone who needs a completely dark room in order to sleep, this is most definitely not the place for you. The bed is not comfortable. I also asked for a room with two beds assuming it would be two full or queen sized beds. It was one queen sized bed and one very small (smaller than twin sized) bed. The second bed would not accommodate a full sized adult. It's by a very loud street and the room does nothing to supress the sound of the honking cars below. The elevator wasn't working some of the time that I was there.

Nice for the price.
Close to live area and metro. Not much to expect inside the hotel, no a/c, fan, refrigerator or like facilities, spacious though. Easy check in-check out. Good Wi-Fi and enough tv channels. Biggest problem is tooooooo noisy, traffic noise.

Aweful. Receptionist was a young guy. Rude. Disrespectful to my partner. No other person available to help. Had friend with him in lobby. Both smelled of marijuana. Friend also made rude comments and he didn't even work their Refused to let in my partner because he was a visit when I checked in two guests. Said no manager was available. Rude. Disrespectful and said if I did t like it to leave. Because I checked alone and not with another person. I left hotel and paid double somewhere else because I could not find a room.

A true nightmare.... I will not stay here.... EVER
Absolutely HORRIBLE. No other way to describe it.... I've travel everywhere in Mexico and the world. The bed in this hotel was the same as having a 1" foam in a bed of concrete.... So hard I couldn't believe that was possible?!!? It was so bad, that I could not fall sleep, to top it all... I know Mexico City is cold, but during these days, the rooms are hot and NO FAN. So... let's recap... Hard bed, Hot.... a total nightmare. I was forced stay another night... I booked another hotel around the corner....

The hotel was close to the metro and to many attractions. Even the zocalo was in a walking distance. But the rooms were not so charming. The first one we got was way too loud because of the noise from the street. So we asked for another room, and this time it was loud because the walls so thin it felt like peole next door were in our room. But well if you don't need a good sleep and hot shower, it's an ok hotel to stay.

Zona Rosa location
The hotel was nothing special but in a great location for Mexico City and service was good. I would use again for the price, but Mexico City has so much competition, room rates tend to be very comparable. Internet worked fine. Room was clean and tidy. The best perk of this hotel is the location in the Zona Rosa.

Robbed and humiliated, worst customer service ever
Between being robbed of $100 and no hot water, I would not recommend Mansion Havre to anyone. I left early to teach a workshop that I had traveled to Mexico City for, and when I returned to my room in the evening, I realized that a $100 was missing from the pouch where I kept my passport. When I confronted the managers at the front desk about it, they were unbelievably rude and accused me of lying. They told that I was a liar, there was literally nothing they could do to help me, and that it would be impossible for me to get a refund for the following two nights that I already had booked and paid for. As a customer, I have never received such poor treatment in my life.
