In a terrible neighborhood. It is marketed as Santa Fe, but it is in the city of Santa Fe, at the beginning of Vasco de Quiroga, in a very dangerous place

Bad experience, we requested two adjoining rooms, and they said, ok. Gave us one while they clean the other one, but they gave the other to some one else. We had an eldery person, with us and they wated to give us the 2nd room in another floor. There where homeless people outside, the grilled chicken smell burned.

This hotel exceeded my standards and expectations. It definitely met international standards for cleanliness, decor, comfort, and professionalism. Breakfast was really good and they had a variety of options.

I had to ask twice for more water bottles at the front desk, they never delivered. Once I came back around 4pm and my room wasn’t ready, still found the cleaning lady!!, however she was kind enough the get me the bottles the desk failed for 2 days. Hope they improve asap.

The hotel is good and clean, the staff is very nice, the breakfast was good too, the location is not bad but the traffic it is heavy at some hours.

A very nice property. It is situated a little outside of the center of Mexico City, so you will have longer Taxi commutes if you plan to visit in the central or northern parts of the city.

It’s not completely bad, but isn’t great either.
The room key had to be reprogrammed everyday. Also, every morning you had to get at the front desk the breakfast tickets. The breakfast buffet variety wasn’t really amazing, mostly the same everyday. It is pretty close to great places such as malls and stores but a bit far from the heart of Mexico City (35-45 min drive). We had trouble with housekeeping everyday regarding the towels. They forgot to leave some at the room and was a hassle to get some at night. No shampoo, conditioner or soap was provided, luckily we had our own. Overall, it wasn’t great but got the job done.

The room had a horrible smell. The air conditioning is very noisy. The area around the hotel is not nice. It isn’t around the nice buildings and malls in Santa Fe.

El lobby estaba en remodelación, por lo que las instalaciones en esa área dejaron mucho que desear, sin embargo, las habitaciones estaban bien. El único detalle es que se escuchaba todo en el pasillo, entonces tuvimos la mala suerte de que un grupo de personas se hospedaran ahí, pues llegaban tarde en la noche y hacian mucho ruido. Fuera de eso, está muy bien la habitación.

Great option, great price
The zone might not be the best, even though it is very close to the nice corporate district of Santa Fe, but the hotel is nice, the service is fine, the price is right. A great option is you do not mind arriving to your room staying there after a good day of work. The restaurant is a good option. I had a really good experience.

Would look elsewhere if you could.
Ramada in name only, quite old property in rougher neighbourhood, didnt stray too far from the hotel. wifi was adequate, bathroom was sub par, bed was good, staff was friendly. Restaurant wasn't open, just for room service.

Make it a bit more family friendly.
The elevator doors closes too soon and several times they closed on us, even in our 2 year old daughter and hit her face... they need to fix this. Also, we made the reservation for 2 adults and one small child, however we only had towels for 2 people. Wifi stopped working the first night until the next day.

Everything was fine except for the service at the restaurant which was very slow, not good coffee and the food was not hot eventhough we were the only ones.

Hotel is located at the end of Santa Fe district. It is not in walking distance to the commercial area. The hotel is more suitable for locals. The staff were very helpful but most disappointing they do not speak English at all except for 1 staff only. Room is nice and big but no coffee/ tea making facility in room. There are no helpful guides (maps or information) to tour or of the city at all. Taxis are easily available but as we do not speak Spanish we think we were overcharged as most of taxis do not use meters.

Not bad hotel but bad room
Im not sure about other rooms in this hotel but the room i stayed in had the AC broken and has water filtration on the walls, the room stunk terrible due to humidity and moulding. You dont even want to open the closet, the odor was just terrble. The room itself wasnt bad, it was just that mould problem but hotel told me there were no other rooms available to change me. The pros, nice shower and bathroom, lots of space in the room.

we arrived at about 4:00 pm and our room was not ready. they wanted to give me other room that did not have what we had paid for in the package. to give the room that i told them we had book i was told that i would have to pay an additional fee per night. told them i would not pay more and that i was going to report it. it was bad. didn't get a room until about 5:45 pm. never will book there. the taxis also have contracts with them and they charge you alot. for us to get to the zoo from there had to pay about $30.00!!!!!

Amazingly awesome
I loved this room for thr price I paid it well worth it. It offered the comfort of being at home while I was far from home. The atmosphere when I walked in was just incredible, I was greeted by the front desk they seemed to get aquainted and talk as if we were related I loved the beds as well they were really im definitely booking again when I come back.
