"We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again."

"Place is a wonderful place to stay and will stay again. Only downside was no facecloths in rooms, also lacking amenities in kitchen. All the small utensils but no pots, fry pans etc and only one lot of dishwasher power and small amount of dishsoap. Also would be great if small amount of salt and petter supplied for guest use. Overseas travllers end up having to buy stuff to throw away which is not sustainable for the environment. "

"The studios are a very odd design; the tv comes up out of the sofa meaning the only option is to watch it in bed ( the bed is in the middle of the room) and the sofa faces the window. "Our room was very spacious and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant had a great selection of meals and the food was excellent. The room comes with a beautiful buffet breakfast with lots of selection. My only complaint was that the twin king beds needed a mechanism to lock the wheels. "Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Stayed in the deluxe king ocean and the view was incredible! The rooms were clean, the staff were nice and the amenities were so well maintained.
