“A great little find.”

62 on Grey is a great little find with access to the main strip in St Kilda as well as transport into Melbourne CBD. I was nervous about the self check in but found the instructions easy to follow. Secure parking had been arranged and email correspondence with 62 on Grey was easy and dealt with quickly. I would happily recommend 62 on Grey to friends.

An old building that has been recently renovated to provide clean and comfortable accommodation. Short walk to the main street where transport and lots of eating places can be found. The room was fully self contained with good kitchen facilities and a nice roomy bathroom. Don't get too excited about the balcony - very small, boxy, and no real views to speak of.

“Overall just ok”

Toilet cystern did not work properly when one flushed the toilet. The appartment front door did not close properly only when extreme force was used the door shut. Surrounding location very dissappointing. Yes we are close to shops and restaurants but experienced every day drunks, prostitutes and junkies within 100 metres of 62 On Grey.

“I could hear everything through the walls :/”

We checked in late and found our room in a nice and tidy condition. We woke up in the morning and could hear everything from footsteps to talking to taps running. The apartment building is obviously a modernised old building with the perks of creaky floors and walls. I would not recomend this to anyone who loves peace and quiet, privacy and to sleep in.
