“All seasons kingsgate the place to stay!”

As a frequent visitor to melbourne, i always find staying at all seasons kingsgate, very efficient, central and comfortable!! The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms Appropriate and the price remarkable!! I have stayed with this hotel on 4 different occasions, and will continue to keep staying here whenever accomodation is needed!! Thanks for the good times ^^

“Good value hotel”

Breakfast is good, yoghurt & cereals & fruits. Tea, Coffee & fruit juice. Original room was small for 3 people and at the back, I threw myself on the mercy of the head reception man & he upgraded us free of charge to a larger room. Great location to Skybus & central city. This was my second time I've stayed here & it's not really changed in 10 years

“Great hotel for AFL lovers.”

This was our third stay at the Kingsgate Hotel. Fantastic location if you want to go to Etihad Stadium also some nice bars close by. Nice breakfast. Room was great only thing is there is no hairdryer. But the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at any hotel/motel.

“Impressed as always”

Iv'e stayed here many times and am always happy with my stay. New renovations look good. Got a free upgrade. The breakfast in the morning on first floor is why i stay as well as the price and great location. Friendly staff. Can get a little noisy sometimes at nights on the weekend but i don't get back untill 4am anyway lol. Would always highly recommend and i will stay here again many times in the future when in Melbourne.

“Nice pleasant hotel”

Excellent location of the hotel,close to Albert Park ,South Bank,Victoria Queen Market,Aquarium,Train Station,Southern Cross buss station,Bourke mall.... Daily house keeping,every day clean towels and free toiletries.Complimentary tea,milk and coffee as well.Bedding changed few times in one week too. Extra plus for cleaning lady :))) Receptionists helpful and pleasant. Continental breakfast came as surprise(we did not know that was included in the price).It was quite enough for the beginning of the day. Stayed 7 days in triple room. Very good for basic, decent hotel.

“Review”

Great location and good service. It is very close to the Southern Cross station and the information centre. Free shuttle bus and free tram are both nearby. The hotel provides a simple and not expensive shelter during short holidays in Melbourne.

Great except that room was near light shaft with other rooms overlooking but worse another rooms airconditioning unit was extremely noisy at night - get it fixed.

“Close to everything”

This hotel was close to everything we wanted. Great for our shopping trip. We either walked or cought trams to every where we wanted to go.Trams just around the corner. Rooms were on the small side. But still clean and tidy. The one problem was noise, it travelled through out the building. Breakfast included was good, gave us a good start to the long shopping day ahead.

“Perfect for young couple”

Great quality for a cheap price and on short notice. Perfect for a young couple on a budget coming to the city on a Saturday night. Noise from surroundings may annoy some people but it is in King's St so it's part of the deal. AMAZING spot, literally 5 min walk from train station, 10 mins to Bourke St Mall and Crown Casino, and about 20 mins from Vic Market. Seems recently renovated, modern bathroom and reasonably clean. Would definitely recommend and will stay again with my partner.
