"Joseph was the star of the place! He made the most delicious breakfast! The place is lovely, it just needs some deep cleaning. The carpet in our room was old and the outside of the bath tub was quite dirty. The light switches in the bedroom and bathroom need some cleaning. Over all it was a pleasant stay."

"Its was clean for the most part. However I checked in Friday out Monday….. still waiting for towels. 2 towels for 4 people. Called and went 4 times to ask. None were ever provided. I had to hunt someone down. My kids used wet cold towels as we needed to leave to visit my nephew in hospital awaiting a heart transplant. And staff had attitude about it!!"

"The room was very clean somewhat there was hai inside the bathtub so I wasn’t able to use it. Air conditioner didn’t get cold it took 1 hour before we feel the coldness. It was hard to find the parking we found the easiest parking valet when we were about to leave. But overall it was very neat and close to everything. I will stay longer so I can actually enjoy the amenities and we didn’t have a chance to check out the bar and the breakfast."

"I selected this property because it looked nice and it was close to MDAnderson. They offered shuttle service which was big in making the decision to stay here. I love this beatifully decorated, clean, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and don't disappoint. Rooms stocked with an ESPRESSO machine - NOT a coffee machine. I dont like ESPRESSO so this was a bit disappointing not having coffee to drink IN ROOM. I didn't give it 5-stars because the hotel appears to be understaffed. All the...

"I killed 2 roaches and a spider. We had to beg for towels, the only way you could get more towels was to turn the other ones in. The building smelled old and stale. Other than that it was in a convenient location to get to the Medical Center."

"The elevator was out the entire time I was there. They were fully booked the first night I was there and my bathroom smelled light a dead rotting rat. I got moved the next day. I have stayed here twice before for a conference but I won’t next year."

"This place is amazing! Beautiful decor and location is perfect for any event near the convention center. Safe and secure. Hosts were responsive and friendly. I let them know the ironing board was missing and they had a new one sent from Amazon the next day! 10/10 recommend and will rebook. "
