"The evening staff were very helpful and pleasant. The night time staff were indifferent to our needs. There was confusion about when the restaurant was closed. The restaurant staff were very nice about it. We missed the closure by 30 min. WE then went to the sundries shop get something to drink. The front staff were very indignant about it. "This is a very updated hotel in the Virginia vicinity of DC. The room was modern and very clean. It had modern facilities. However parking relies on a third party app. After a long drive there, I could not get the app to work. It would not take my departure date and time. This caused much frustration and aggravation. They must make it easier to pay for parking or not charge hotel guests! ☹️"

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. "This Hyatt is good for travelers. It is easy to get to and restaurants and shopping or close by. They have an airport shuttle that runs around the clock. You can leave your vehicle on site for a daily rate. Bed was comfortable, room had plenty of space, there is a restaurant and bar on site. We did have a minor issue with the television remote not working the tv, but with a quick online search we were able to re-pair the remote to it and enjoy a little entertainment."
