“Great value for your hard-earned money!”

I stayed in the Hotel for 12 days and I had a very pleasant experience with the Hotel Staff and was very pleased with the service I received. This is, of course, talking "value" for the money I spent. I received great room service and great front desk service. My room was cleaned and linens changed every morning. The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating. The Hotel was centrally located in Metro-Manila and is within commuting distance to most shopping and dining places. I will definitely stay there again and will surely recommend it to a friend.

“Totally impressed”

Excellent and prompt service. Clean rooms. Just increase the fruit platter selection on buffet breakfast. Will surely come back the next time we come back to Manila.

“value for money, great staff”

i first stayed at this hotel in 2011 when i came home for vacation. i came back again in may this year and stayed there a few days prior my flight back to the US. it was a better property the previous year. rooms were in much better condition. it has the basics, except for a microwave for possible reheating of food when i feel like eating at night. but after the first experience, i realized i can just walk to a nearby convenience store for anything. the hotel is close to restaurants and malls, very convenient. i never got to use the facility's pool since i almost really didnt stay in much. but it has a comfy bed i can come home to after going out to meet friends for most parts of the day-- or night. what keeps me coming back are the front desk ladies and breakfast staff. they were very accommodating. i should know how sincere they were. i also manage a hotel property. :)

“Nice, Reasonably Priced Hotel”

With the exception of the front desk clerk Aimee, the hotel was fantastic. Aimee's whole attitude was poor and she made a big deal of doing her job. She was condescending and just not a nice person who acted like she was doing you a favor by answering your questions about the area (which she did not know very well). Thank goodness that she was only there for two of our nine days. The rest of the staff were friendly, professional, and seemed to actually care about our comfort. The clerk that we delt most with was Grace. She was fantastic! She always went out of her way to answer our questions and offered numerous suggestions on places to eat and visit. She made our stay in Manila one to remember. My wife and I will stay there again during our next visit to Manila.

“A good hotel at a good price.”

The Goldland Millenia is a good value. Modern room, if small by western standards, but well appointed and with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet each morning was very good. The service was a bit spotty. The room was left with no toilet tissue on two occasions and no facial tissue on another. Wired Internet is provided. You only need to plug into the wall or request a cable from the front desk. The Internet service though was not always working however. Lastly, the hallways in the hotel are not air conditioned. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.
