Winter in Malaga
Basic hotel, no vfrills but very clean. Room size is adequate with a large bathroom and a powerful shower. Location was ideal about a five minute walk to the Main station a 10 minute walk into the old town and about 15 min utes to the Marina promenade

Small hotel, conveniently located
Hotel was what we expected - small, centrally located, and in a quiet area. Rooms were clean. Don't expect any extra amenities or breakfast - that's in a separate hotel you need to walk to.

The cleaners were friendly but not great at cleaning. One day we found the swept up dirt left in a corner, another day there were bits left. The lady in the breakfast room in the neighbouring hotel was very help helpful though.

Nice hotel with a great location. Very close to the main public transport hub and meeting places for the day tours. Definitely appreciate them storing our luggage all day after check out so we could do a day tour.

Good hotel close to railway and city centre
Clean and comfortable. 5 mins walk from main Maria Zambrano railway station, yet only 20 mins walk to the historical centre. Local area has nice bars and restaurants. Ideal if location if you have an early flight and want a day and night in Malaga. First train is 0523 and gets to airport 0532

Reception exceptional - very friendly and helpful, especially with luggage. Room good and bathroom beautifully modern and spotlessly clean. Breakfast delicious - very good quality breakfast - thank you - we will return!

Nice hotel in a good location.
Very nice and clean hotel in a quiet area of the city. Just a few blocks from the train station and easy access to the city center. The staff was friendly and helpful.

A few days staying at hotel Zeus
Very friendly, welcoming and helpful reception desk. Allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out at midday for a few hours, which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast was served at a local hotel, that was just around the corner, which not everyone would happy with, but it worked for myself.

Very clean and tidy property. Bedroom was spacious and bathroom was huge with shower over bath and also hair dryer. Location was perfect for us, short walking distance to bus and train station not to mention shopping center, beach and main city heart with restaurants. Safe area, lovely staff. Stayed for 2 nights which was comfortable.

Basic but safe.
I was not surprised by the hotel, I chose it for location, cheapness and that I needed it for one night only. This is not a luxurious or smart place to stay but it provided what I needed and I can’t complain. The strong smell of disinfectant at least meant it was clean!?

Not the best location. It's close to the bus/train station but far from the main tourist areas. The guy at the lobby was ok, not great. Considering the price, there are better options in terms of location.

Decent enough for a couple of nights
Decent place for the price. Very good aircon. Close to the train station. Staff speak barely any English which is OK except he got very annoyed about us leaving bags in a friend's room when we left for one night to go to Madrid, not understanding that we weren't planning on staying in the room and that we had one booked for the following night on our return.

Missing, lost items after checking out
I left a bag with my clothes in the hotel by mistake. Lightning in the room was not working... It was early morning and I was in the hurry to catch morning train I discovered my lost 2 days later, after checking in to another hotel. When I called back, the person in the reception was not even able to speak english. Next day they checked with cleaning personal and they were not able to find my clothes... So my question is what happened to my stuff...??? This is just not normal...

Great location at 7min away from train station
Perfect for a night over if you have to catch a train the next day. The station is 7min walking. Friendly and helpful staff. It was clean

Convenient and clean; a practical choice.
It's a comfortable hotel, convenient to local attractions. The room was small but clean and functional. Desk service was very good. There is actually no breakfast at the hotel, rather it's at another property three blocks away. The neighborhood is OK, though not attractive.

Good for the price
I had a comfortable stay. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The hotel is convenient for the station and it is easy enough to get to the city centre. There is no lift access at the street level, which was not a problem for me, but I had to carry my luggage up a short staircase.
