"I was charged for parking. I was charged for breakfast twice. The waitress wanted to have a discussion about the discount I was going to get for breakfast. It was the worse stay I have ever had."

"Structurally building is old, which is evident in room (walls, fixtures, bathroom). Common areas are kept well, and staff is good. Parking is adequate and Tesla supercharger is convenient. For the price, room is not to standard in my opinion. Queen beds are more twin sized."

"I DO NOT LIKE room cleaning/towel replacement every other day. Coffee pods in room were not refilled. I had to go to front desk and request cups/pods. I also don’t like having to pay $13.99 for a bagel, coffee, fruit (breakfast buffet). Do complementary continental breakfast instead. All that said, the staff was very pleasant and friendly."

"Dirty carpet and floors, and worn, with utility outlets pulled from the walls and the drapes not connected to the curtain rod. No soap in the shower, no face towels, no bath mat. Low-range chain hotel quality at high-range chain hotel price."

"Staff was very responsive. No fault of theirs but when I got there there was one fork in the kitchen and 4 of everything else. Once notified, they brought me more right away. They made every effort to meet every need, you just have to ask and give them a chance to make it right... Stayed for 10 nights and headed back there for another stay next week and looking forward to it...."

"I couldn't even get into my room. I arrived at 6 p.m. signed in through the computer system and was told by the computer that my room was not ready. I called for assistance and the person on the phone said that the only person that can help you is the staff at the front desk. Guess what, there was no staff at the front desk for the entire hour I was there and other people staying there said they had never seen staff at the front desk. I never got into my room and I had to book a room 40 minutes...

"The hot tub was broken. No bubbles the first night but was at least hot. The second day it wasn’t hot and still had no bubbles. The pool area has an obnoxiously loud buzzing noise that management said was “normal”. They’re doing renovations so I hope after that they address the pool and hot tub issues an we’d probably be willing to stay here again. Staff was great it was went their fault at all"
