The room was full of flies. Asked for spray. And after waiting for 15-20 minutes in lobby the gentleman working said that house keeping went and sprayed the room. However no one sprayed the room luckily at the restraint owner near by gave us a fly swatter

Shower curtain had hair all over it, the bed was extremely hard, the heat was off when arrived at 2:00 AM, and it was 5 before it was warm, and went for breakfast at 9:15, it was gone and was supposed to be available until 10AM.

The tub had stains all over it. It was in really rough condition. They really should upgrade the shower tub inserts. The shower mat appeared to have mold like stains all over it. But otherwise, it was clean, quiet, and breakfast was great!

There was a clunking sound like shoes in a dryer allllllll night long until about 5:30am that just didn’t stop. Cute place - been around a long time - but won’t ever choose to stay here again.

The rooms are dated, the a/c didn't work properly and although the manager did check in about the a/c all he said was "Maybe it takes more time to cool off." The hot tub was HOT, and felt great, but so much chlorine in it it burned eyes, and the pool was COLD. But, it was quiet. For the same $$$ I had already stayed in a Marriot Fairfield Inn and Suites that was excellent. But not same town. Be aware that not all the motels/hotels in a town are listed in Hotels.com, so you might be better off just going to a town and looking yourselves. That's the lesson I learned on this trip.

Motel was super clean and well maintained. Young woman at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Great breakfast. A charming little park-like area with covered wagon, outdoor seating, and carved statue (would be great for kids to run off some energy during a long road trip) attached to motel. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice enough. Maybe a remodel in the bathrooms, they are a little yuck. All in all a decent place for the area. However the breakfast is absolutely not edible. You can manage but be prepared for the green poos for a few days after eating the sausages.

We apologize for the inconvenience. But it sounds more like Froot Loops cereal, not sausages. 90% of Wyoming restaurants and hotels got food supplies from Sysco Company and we are too 2 times in 1 week. We give our best to serve a fresh and clean full breakfast to our guests. We never have complained like this before in any review. More than 100 guests are doing breakfast every day at our hotel but never complain.But we take your complaint seriously and we will address it directly.

The employees were helpful. The room was quite large and very clean. We enjoyed the Continental breakfast before our departure. This was a great midway stopping point to our destination.

One thing that needs to be fixed it to move the tv down on the dresser instead of way up high, i had to get up closer to use the remote to change channels. Also couple channels were fuzzy not clear pictures. So perhaps tv would have better reception if moved lower rather than close to ceiling.

the owners were awesome, I booked the wrong night and therefore was a no-show, they could have made me eat that night and charge me for an 2nd night but they transferred that reservation with a small fee. very nice. continental breakfast was actually good.

Check your room before moving in.
We have to move room because original room wasn’t clean well. The bathroom has pee smell and toilet ring. Light bulb in bathroom need replacing. The ventilation fan didn’t work. Once we got a new room, the fan still didn’t work, but the pillows were comfortable.

We apologize for inconvenience. But that’s not true that light and fan won’t work in bathroom because our maintenance guy was there with you in room when he turned on light and fan in front of you and he also send pictures to front desk that everything is in order and working perfect but you need room next to Tesla that’s what we did.
