The place is nice except the parking because spaces are tiny. There’s unpleasant smell through the hallway but its acceptable. The room looks same as in the picture and its clean.

I enjoy my stay here. The Only thing that can be better is the Refrigerator NEEDS to be Replaced it doesn’t work at all. But overall my stay was Great the Manager was very helpful.

Hotel is in the process of being updated. Right now there’s tired carpeting in the hallways. Room itself was clean with updated bath. Structures presents as dull but room was decent

Went here for my 2nd anniversary with my girlfriend and it was a nice quiet and cozy. Recommend highly for anyone looking to get away for a night or more

Rooms were not even in a fair condition. Dressers were broken, carpets were filthy and to top everything off the bed sheets had food crumbs in between along with a big yellow stain. Even when we asked for new bed sheets they smelled old and dirty. The bathroom also had a moldy smell to it. We ended up rebooking with another hotel after a few hours of staying at Rodeway Inn & Suites because it just was not sanitary. Overall, we were really disappointed.

Hotel put us in a room next to the "construction zone" even though there were other empty rooms available. Morning noise was not acceptable. Room was dispointing to begin with.

Relaxing Local Getaway
Overall a nice place to stay, very comfortable beds and the shutters on the windows were a nice touch. Jacuzzi was clean and worked perfectly for relaxing with my girlfriend. Only complaints are the conditions of the carpet in the hallway and stairs, very dirty and stained. Also, the number of shady homeless and druggies lurking outside of the property, which isn’t necessarily the hotels fault but very off putting. Overall a solid 8/10

When I arrived I had to leave a cash $100 deposit, the 1st room they assigned me, the AC and TV would not work. Took 2 more hours until given a different room the had hair in the sink & shower. Had to pay for ice at the ice machine in the garage below.

The photos don't reflect the current state of the property. The hallways were dirty. The room was very musty, so much so that I was unable to stay because my allergies were affected and my family moved to another hotel. The paint was flaking off the walls in the room, and the carpet was filthy. I cannot recommend this hotel.

My only comment is regarding the cleanliness. I spilled some water in front of the refrigerator. When I cleaned it up, my paper napkin was black. So I would suggest mopping the floor once a week or so. Otherwise we were satisfied with our stay.

Good staff. Need to upgrade.
The staff were very nice. The carpet was old and extremely dirty looking. I know they cleaned daily but they need to replace the carpet. It made me feel yucky I had to keep my shoes on. Also the refrigerator was not plugged in and didn’t seem to have an outlet to plug into. The tv remote also didn’t work well.

Gross!!
For the price this place was terrible. It needs to be remodeled, and the carpet was disgusting!! The only ok part was the staff /owners were very polite and friendly. I would never stay here again, this hotel reminded me of places I used to stay on tour with my Punk Rock band for around $50.00. The carpet was so gross, I didn't even want to set my suitcase on it much less walk on it even with socks on!

Really disappointed by the conditions at this hotel considering the price. The building is dirty and grungy. There was trash in the hallway leaving to our room. The couch cushions in our room were stained. The sheets on our bed were stained and didn't even cover the entire length of the bed! There were holes in the drywall and the furniture was beat up.
